Hi Fran, Iâm really disappointed youâve left a 1 Star review. Not only is the above incorrect, your order was placed 9 days ago, which is 5 workings days due to the bank holiday, BUT we have also communicated over email, I have explained the delivery issues we have experienced due to the virus which are beyond our control and given you the option to cancel in which you replied â I completely understand with everything going on things are delayed and that is absolutely fine!â
We are a small business and times are difficult enough without having to worry about our reputation.
Please think before leaving unfair reviews in future.

Shocking quality of clothes, rubbish customer service and Iâm out of pocket because they donât clearly state the do refunds, only in the small print, paid over £100 for two dresses that are terrible quality. Not happy.
