Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Pre-existing conditions are not covered under our policies, and this is standard across the pet insurance industry. We do assess claims against the information available, including the pet’s medical history and the policy terms in place at the time of the claim.

If you feel that the decision was incorrect there is an appeal process. This gives your vets the opportunity to submit further information that may have been missed first time around. Please contact us at claims@frankpetinsurance.co.uk and a member of our team will be happy to help.
