Fraser and Fraser kept us updated with what was happening during the process.

Fraser and Fraser contacted me with details of long lost family that had left an estate that I knew nothing about. They have kept me well informed about the process and outlined the timescale realistically. Other members of my family have engaged with them too. I was very pleased with their service and happily recommend them.

Initially I assumed that the letter was a scam but quickly realised that it was in fact genuine. I am very thankful and appreciative not just for a great outcome but for the excellent service and communication received throughout.

At first I wasn’t sure if the letter I received was a hoax but after some research discovered it was a genuine company. They have taken care of all the hard work involved. It has taken a very long time but these things often do. I have had to chase up a few times to find out what has been going on but they have always been helpful and called back if not available. I’m looking forward to getting a copy of the family tree to add to my own.

Reading the reviews here clearly shows a massive negative pattern and to my own experience same old no comms story continues, Sadly. Only advice is to use another well established company before signing any legal paperwork and also get proper advice well before you proceed.

I received a letter from you suggesting our sister Patricia Bartlett had passed away leaving a substantial inheritance! Firstly I knew my eldest sister Patricia was still alive, but of course we all started thinking all sorts of scenarios! Had she a twin sister we didn't know about!? Was she a stolen baby!? Did my parents give her away!? (Although I thought this unlikely as I thought my parents as being highly unlikely to do this). As you can see, this caused a great deal of unnecessary anxiety about the situation, with my immediate family and wider family.
I am very disappointed that in this day and age that this was not realised well before us being contacted. It seems to me that somehow the wrong birth certificate was attributed to this deceased lady Patricia Bartlett!
How was this terrible mistake made?
Especially with a renowned company as Fraser and fraser?

Start to finish Fraser and Fraser were extremely efficient sensitive and professional never once did I feel pressured.
