My child's school photo was ready for me to purchase, and upon checking from previous years to now, I couldn't believe the up-pricing. I understand the whole business side of things, but I don't think they think of parents who are hardly making ends meet especially at this time of the year (Christmas). I found that Digital photos are now up £20 compared to last years order, which in my opinion should be cheaper than "high quality" Prints, however that was not the case. Prints are cheaper which questions is it really high quality?. Now I'd rather take photos from my phone than letting my child take school photos from this company.

I had to obtain an MSG to sell some shares abroad that were inherited from my Mum, , I was totally baffled by what I needed to do and although it is not part of the service, I was guided through the steps necessary to get what I needed together for the MSG in a timely and friendly way that helped me massively, couldn't recommend them more highly, very happy indeed with the service provided.

Thank you to Michael Pow for seeing this through. The work they must do behind the scenes must be mammoth. It does seem to take ages, far longer than I had anticipated but the outcome is sound.

I appointed F&F to act for me over a year ago and since them I have not heard from them ONCE despite me sending them a number of letters.
Reading some of the positive feedback from their other clients I am left wondering why I am in this position with noone responding to my letters or emails.

Following the provision of further info as requested, F&F has provided an apology, explained the reason for the delay and have promised to progress this case ASAP. Thank you Michael.
