I believe they dealt with the case in a very professional way, I understand it was not easy due to a length family tree on one side. I had enough information passed to me to keep me updated.

There was little for us to do other than complete the relevant paperwork. Fraser & Fraser did everything else. They were realistic with the timescale and it was a very simple process. I only called the office once or twice but staff were knowledgeable and polite.

Excellent Webinar by Ian Bond, full of good information on what is (hopefully) going to be the 2025 Wills Act, electronic wills and some changes to the way LPAs are likely to be dealt with.

Fraser and Fraser were professional, competent, and efficient, and Ben Cornish, who made the initial contact with me, was friendly and helpful. I had never heard of Heir Hunters and initially thought it must be a scam, but I am pleased that I decided to work with them and the eventual legacy was very nice to receive, as was the family tree.

Incompetence beyond belief.
Strung along for 20 months believing we would recieve a significant amount of inheritance from a distant relative, only to find Fraser & Fraser, in a rush to get their grubby hands on the commission, failed to spot a blood relative that was first in line. Even got past applying for Probate!
Avoid. Disgusting way to treat people.

I was told in February my relatives estate was nearly finalised by one of the Senior Partners AL on 14 February and I would be updated

It is now August and not a word from AL

Many thanks to Mr Pow and his colleagues for their research on this case. Mr Pow kept me informed as to progress, and answered all my queries when they arose.
Having attempted some family history myself, I know how difficult it can be. It was therefore good to have the experts do all the work. And I learned some facts that surprised me, which I might not otherwise have discovered.

Only been dealing with this company for around a month, who contacted us out of the blue, with a personal visit, since then they have kept us up to date and very well informed. Excellent service and extremely pleasant members of staff.

When the first letter arrived from Fraser's notifying me I may be a beneficiary, I was unaware in the first instance that my cousin had died.
I was familiar with Frazer and Frazer's through "Heir Hunter's" TV program and information request's from my time as a Deputy Registrar of Births, Deaths & Marriages.
The process has been straight forward to date and I have been kept up to date periodically. Still awaiting the final outcome.

Phoned them on numerous occasions told me not in office will call you back .

Already knew of the existence of this side of the family but was amazed that I may be entitled to an inheritance from my cousin. Many thanks to Michael Pow, of Fraser & Fraser for taking up this matter on my behalf. I have gained a lot of information thanks to his efforts. Worth the fee.

Would i use Frazer & Frazer Again No I would not. this compay knocked on my door over six years ago informing me of an Inheritance due to the death not of one person but two relatives i never knew i had. From that point when looking for updates i was just brushed off little or no information. After many years of waiting there was one hold up after another as they where searching for other relatives due to their researchers could not find family members of people who had passed away after being informed of the Inheretence. They did not take the oppertunity to contact other family members involved as when they did the missing relatives where found in a matter of hours. Now the case has come to a close i find that after informing Frazer & Frazer two years ago of my change of address and telling me they would pass the information onto the Solicitor dealing with the case I find they did not do this resulting the any moneys passed to me being sent to the wrong address resulting in myself having to contact the solicitor sort out the problem. I do beleive that if i was approched again with a long lost relative i would carry out the search myself using the online tools available. As i am now having to wait longer to receive my Inheritance due imformation not being passed on. i feel very dissatisfide and let down And to cap it all the Solicitors have not signed some of the Cheques So not a great Experience
