Delighted with Fraser and Fraser kept in touch throughout letting us know how our the case was progressing and fascinating to see part our family history that we didn’t know existed until now

On July 9, 2024, I was confronted with an erroneous report that falsely claimed I previously filed bankruptcy in 2020. Let me be clear: I have never filed bankruptcy as a debtor. The source of the report was Fraser and Fraser. I immediately called Fraser and Fraser to get to the bottom of this inaccurate report. The case was assigned to Staci Pipkin at Fraser and Fraser. However, when my call was transferred to Staci, she had no answers. Staci was not helpful, could not share the bankruptcy case number (because I never filed bankruptcy). Staci relayed an inability to divulge any information because she was working remotely and was without access to the file. She assured me she would call me the next day, July 10, 2024; but she failed to do so. When I called Staci on July 10, 2024, it was incredibly difficult to get clarity on what information she found that would lead her to (FALSELY) report that I filed bankruptcy. Further, Staci claimed she had previously emailed the solicitor, Erica John-Marie at Russell-Cooke to let them know the information about me filing bankruptcy was inaccurate. However, upon speaking with Erica, she stated that the matter remained unresolved. Interestingly, Fraser and Fraser’s website claims they pride themselves on commitment and clarity. My experience has proven this is far from the truth of how they actually run their practice. No commitnent, no follow up, no telephone call the next day and I have no idea if she is telling the truth about the email being sent to correct their mistake. And even the next day, she would not disclose how she came upon this false information and reported it in writing to someone else. Not even an apology. This exemplifies nothing short of a lack of candor, professionalism and communication.

I have to say i was very sceptical however Fraser and Fraser carried out comprehensive research into a family i was not aware of . The service has been very professional with updates sent accordingly .

Upon receiving an initial letter from Fraser & Fraser I immediately thought that it could be a scam. After a little investigation I responded. Since then all communication has been professional and I imagine that a great deal of work has been undertaken to find all of Ethel’s relatives. It is interesting to find out that there is a part of the extended family that I knew nothing about. I am looking forward to receiving the family tree, thank you.

When I first heard from Fraser & Frazer I thought scam! So a little research and a few phone calls to other family members known to me, urged me to respond, because I didn't know this side of the family existed. I have to say I'm very impressed by the amount of time and research that has been undertaken to

This company goes above and beyond tracing your family tree. I was flabbergasted to receive a letter from them telling me I may be entitled to some money from a distant relative who had died. I thought it was a scam, especially when I was invited to the funeral! I wish I had gone now,if only to meet distant relatives. Then, they informed me how I was related to this person, and now I have been offered a family tree in detail. They kept us informed, sending regular letters and emails. Would definitely recommend this company.

It’s nice to no that places like Fraser Fraser are out they they do a brilliant job I wouldn’t of known all this family if it wasn’t for them to be honest they are BRILLIANT they bring you hope and joy it was lovely to see my nanas side otherwise I would of never known they got in touch with me and kept me updated all the time it was brilliant they like angels from heaven I was going through a bad time didn’t think anything could get worse but Fraser took me from that bad place I was in and showed me light at the tunnel it made me so happy how much family I have like I said they are BRILLIANT I’m so pleased what they did for me and the most important bit they’re still helping more people out there because be honest we would never no we need them to carry out the brilliant work they do .while we are doing normal life like working or house cleaning they out there for us bringing happiness to us .🏆🎖️🥇

I was contacting out of the blue by Ben at Fraser and Fraser about the passing of a member of my family I knew nothing about.
Thinking it was a hoax I had several conversations with Ben who assured me it was true and I learned I had a massive branch of my family I knew nothing about. I received good, regular communication from Fraser and Fraser.
I am looking forward to receiving my family tree and hope to make contact with some of my long lost family.
