Contacted about a cousin who I had no idea had died. Has taken a while but this is to be expected when trying to contact long lost relatives.

Professional friendly and efficient. My Dad had been contacted about a deceased relative. The process is slow but that’s to be expected.

My mother was born in 1924, not 1974.
my alleged fathers surname was Harford , not Chapman.

The company is very professional and always keep you up to date with what is happening with the case.

Initially there is regular contact to secure forms and commitment from Fraser & Fraser, but after that hardly any updates or communication. Fully appreciate that they are a commercially driven company, but a one line email as an update should not be beyond them. After twenty months from their first phone call, I received a letter from a third party (Halifax Bank) that Fraser & Fraser were no longer acting in my matter, nothing from Fraser & Fraser to date. Disappointing and unprofessional.

I am totally amazed at the details given to me by Fraser and Fraser from the initial contact to regular updates.I am now aware of my situation regarding a deceased relative's estate.

Fraser and Fraser tracked us down regarding the estate of a late relative. The process for us personally was quite complex but Fraser and Fraser were really supportive, answering all of our queries and guiding us smoothly through this journey. The addition of supplying a family tree was pleasing.

Tracked me down, as an unknown cousin had passed away intestate and the process, which does take quite a time, is coming to the end. Also I have learned quite a bit about part of the family I knew nothing about. Gareth Langford my case manager has always been professional and has answered any questions I had.
