Freediver Shop goes above and beyond to help customers. I have nothing but good to say and will recommend to anybody worldwide. I am a US shopper, it may take a while but you will be pleasantly surprised.

Excellent service and superb warranty policy. Very speedy response and prompt replacement of claimed product. Including reimbusement of shipment cost. Highly recommendable!

Took almost a month to receive. Shipping cost is over the top and increased. My order was incomplete and had to follow up.

Great company. They are very easy to reach via the mail/contact form. They respond quickly and correctly. The products are also of top quality.

These fins just fit great! I took the size 37-38 (my EU shoe size is 38).
They will need to be worn with a pair of thin socks for a little while as the forza foot pockets are a bit “sharp”, but very flexible.
And a big thank you to Freedivershop team who helped very quickly to choose the right size and send the fins in only few days!

I ordered a set of leader fins saw they were dispatched from Estonian was very worried as have had bad dealings with international orders
But they arrived and now cant wait to use them

Paket war beschädigt angekommen…
Ausgepackt und tatsächlich war eine Flosse angebrochen/kaputt.
Mich über die Saite zum Kundendienst durchgehangelt und die Lage dargestellt.

Easy to order, great price on the fins. Husband tried them out in the pool at first and then took them to the Florida Keys and said they were awesome. Better than the freediver fins by a large well known company he had before. I only had one glitch and that was my credit card company rejected the purchase at first because it was international. Had to approve it and then reorder. So glad we did.

First of all, Freediver Shop has a nice range of products to offer. However, these products seem to be shipped from different places and so it might happen that you get several deliveries for 1 order. Apart from that, I did pay an ASTRONOMICAL AMOUNT FOR SHIPPING (€61!). Never to be repeated!
Part of the order were fins from Leaderfins. Last week I heard from a friend that he got them directly from Leaderfins with far less expenses for shipping. Just so you know.

When I told them that I wanted it to arrive early, they delivered it very quickly! thank you very much!

Never used free dive fins before. Went to the pool to test them out! Lots of power in the kicks! Fit was good too! Got'em super quick. Would recommend!
