They kept sending me emails to update my payment which I did multiple times and they charged my credit card for domain/ email and website. They cancelled my website and said to redo it myself. When I said I no longer want the website services and want to only keep my email, they suddenly cancelled my email access which is affecting the very sensitive nature of my business as a physician. They are not responsive or prompt and I still don’t have access to my email for 3 days.

Commande de cartes de visites passée le 19 mai 2024. jamais rien reçu depuis et nous sommes le 26 juillet. Sur mon compte, les cartes sont toujours en production... deux messages laissés par mail dont un aujourd'hui... et pas de réponse de leur part...je n'avais jamais eu de soucis avec ce site avant...

Es una empresa fantasma que me ha estafado. He cancelado todas mis suscripciones pero siguen cobrando y no consigo que no me cobren. Finalmente he tenido que eliminar mi cuenta del banco.

Jamás contestan en servicio al cliente para solucionar algún problema, se les manda mensaje y no responden a pesar de k te dicen k te responden en un día y al final te bloquean el servicio. Hice un pedido de 250 bolígrafos y no los han enviado, también compré un polo bordado talla XL y me enviaron una talla demasiado grande 2XL Y el bordado está montado, les he pedido soluciones y solo me piden fotos del polo que se las he mandado varias veces sin ninguna repuesta que puedo hacer si todo depende de ustedes que me digan una solución gracias.
Mi último pedido - Pedido # 21515454 soluciones por favor….

Die firma ist sowas von eine Katastrophe, ich kann mir das nicht erklären wie man für 1,5 monate nicht schafft 250stk. Visitenkarten zu versenden!!

El dominio de mi empresa fue cancelado y si no puedo recuperarla de aqui a mañana voy a tener que tomar acciones legales en contra de ellos ya que el correo contiene informacion de vital importancia para mi y mi empresa. No se puede reactivar por problemas en su pagina web, ojala respondan rapido.

Pubblicità del tutto ingannevole, come il loro nome, "Free logo service" e poi il logo lo paghi, eccome se lo paghi.
Si celano dietro il furbo giochetto dell'utilizzo del logo sui loro sistemi quando è ovvio che se li hai trovati con queste parole chiave è perché ti serve creare un logo gratis.
Meriterebbero una denuncia.

freelogoservices.com sent me the wrong business cards. I had to stay on a chat for 30 minutes to only be told that they couldn't reorder mine that it would need to be sent to another department. This would take another 24-48 hours to just get back to me. Again, this was their mistake. They then got back to me and said they would reprint the cards but it could take up 14 days to receive after pricing. This was their mistake! They said in the email they would offer no compensation as I already had free shipping. They wouldn't even expediate the shipping. The worst customer service experience I have had. There are many companies that print business cards, don't use this company. Customer service and operations are terrible. They are owned by Deluxe checks.

Trotz Vorabzahlung keine Ware und auch keine Rückerstattung.

Ich habe im Februar 2022 Kugelschreiber im Wert von 165 Euro bestellt und bezahlt. Leider traf diese Lieferung bis heute nicht ein. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass diese aktuell nicht lieferbar sind. Bis heute kann man unter meiner Kundennummer ersehen, dass diese nicht zugestellt wurden, sehr wohl aber von mir bezahlt. Seit Oktober 2022 versuche ich nun mein Geld zurückzuerhalten. Freelogoservice verweist aber darauf, dass ich innerhalb von 2 Wochen hätte stornieren müssen. Da bin ich ja noch davon ausgegangen, dass die Ware kommt.
Jetzt will Freelogoservice mich mit einem Rabatt von 15% auf meinen nächsten Einkauf vertrösten. Ich kaufe da ganz sicher nie wieder etwas!!!

Nous essayons depuis le 03/11/2023 de joindre le service client, suite au blocage/suppression de notre mail professionnelle !!!
Nous avons bien mis à jour notre moyen de paiement à plusieurs reprises mais le compte est toujours bloqué !
C'est inadmissible de traiter les client de cette manière surtout les pro ! Nous avons perdu l'ensemble de nos échanges avec nos clients !!!

I live in the Netherlands and also have problems with this company, The FreeLogoServices. On October 26 and 27, 2023 I placed 2 orders. I am used to my order taking a maximum of 10 days. This time I have to wait two and a half weeks. But in the meantime I had sent this company an email asking where my order was. I received an email 2 days later, in the evening, saying that they will place my order again for free because they had lost my business cards!? And the pens were no longer available. Why didn't I hear this sooner? I was also asked whether the car door magnets had already arrived.... PARDON!? Did I read that correctly????No, I hadn't received anything yet, remember!!!!! I decided to wait for the business cards anyway and sent an email back saying that I hoped they would arrive on time and that my business would suffer as a result. Today I suddenly received the business cards..... They were simply packed into a box that was too large and arrived at me as a mess. This is downright rude also how I received the business cards. This was the last straw for me. I'm so done with this company....grrrrr. The next step will be that they will refund my money to compensate for the emotional and practical damage I suffered.

Depuis le 14/10/2023 j'ai passé commande de 250 cartes de visite, nous sommes le 03/11/2023 et toujours rien reçu!!! J'ai déjà envoyé 2 messages via le site à l'onglet "nous contacter", mais jamais de réponse. Je viens d'envoyer un mail directement depuis ma boite mail, et nous verrons; mais je pense que cette entreprise arnaque les gens et nous fait payer pour ne rien avoir en retour!!!! je vais donc aller voir ma banque pour voir comment faire pour le remboursement, une fois que j'aurai trouvé la solution pour annuler la commande!!

Unser Geschäfts-E-Mail-Konto wurde gesperrt. Wir bitten seit einer Woche um eine Rückmeldung, leider vergebens. Vielleicht liest freelogo diese Bewertung und meldet sich bei uns?

I have been with this company since 2018, so over 5 years, for my business domain, email, and Google G-Suite. Last month my Credit card was compromised and cancelled by my CC company. I forgot to inform this company of my new card number so when they went to renew my subscriptions, they weren't approved.
I blame myself for not contacting them to change my CC on file. But...it would have been very much appreciated if they could have contacted me to let me know they weren't able to process my payment. Instead, I just one day no longer have access to my email account or all my Google Drive files.
I went and updated my CC info as soon as I found out, but it has been a day and a half and nothing has been repaired/reactivated. Furthermore, all the emails I have sent them have been ignored thus far.
I will be switching providers.

Me cancelaron el dominio de mi email, por lo tanto no puedo acceder a el. Elevé muchos mails al soporte y no responden.
Pesimo servicio y pocos medios para contactarse cuando surge algun problema.

Mijn account is al 3 weken geblokkeerd en ik probeer al 3 weken lang support te krijgen door dagelijks meerdere mails te sturen naar de helpdesk, die beweren doorgaans binnen de 24u te antwoorden… 3 weken!!! De website van mijn bedrijf is al 3 weken offline en ik ontvang geen mails van klanten, leveranciers enz. Wat een nachtmerrie! Ik heb ook al tevergeefs geprobeerd mijn domeinnaam over te zetten, maar daar dienen zij toestemming voor te geven… Een vicieuze cirkel van oplichterij die mij en mijn bedrijf ernstige schade toebrengen.
