Impeccabili in tutto, davvero complimenti!!!

Primero hice mi página, todo bien, luego me di cuenta que las monedas usadas, son USD$ y otras 25 y NO incluyen el peso chileno para nada. Veo mis productos y todos en dólares, plop, muy mal. Reclamé y me dijeron que no era posible modificar la moneda de pago, Weebly es la empresa que hace todo. Un desastre, son muy amables, pero no solucionan el tema, tengo que irme, dejar mi página y dominio y nadie me reembolsa un peso ni me indemniza por perder mi valioso tiempo. Son muy irresponsables de poner publicidad en un país y no incluir, al menos, la moneda de uso. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Me piden que conteste a través de Trustpilot para investigar. Ok así lo estoy haciendo. Si necesitan algo más para verificar lo que digo me avisan por este mismo medio. Espero una solución. Gracias

i never got what i ordered . i want a refund but they never wrote back to my email. i sent 5 of them. if i could give you a zero. i would.

After a long stressful day I realised this companies customer service are based in America. So what felt like I was being ignored all day was actually because of the time difference. As soon as they picked up my emails and this review I was contacted immediately. Having said that in a business critical situation like I had today I think that email is not a very effective customer support method (as it takes a day to respond and there is no live chat or phone options).

PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOMEONE RESPOND -

My domain renewed yesterday and shows as Paid and ready to use on your account details page. However our domain has been down since yesterday and none of our emails or website is working. All of our clients and customers can't reach us and we are literally losing business by the minute. I have spoken twice to Gandi the company that hold the domain and they have said that it's freelogo's issue as they need to take it off hold - but there is no contact number and no live chat - just an email contact form that says someone will hopefully respond in 1 day???!!!!!!!!!!

Several years ago, I needed a logo fast, and this was not a "free" option as their name indicates. Granted, I bought some useful things from the company several years ago, but this past year was HORRIBLE. Mugs arrived broken twice, I had to BEG for refunds, and I'm still waiting for the last shipment of items that were sent to the wrong address. "Shaldon" promised to rectify the situation, but has not replied to my email. I think it's a cheap company that hires people in India to answer customer complaints. They will say canned answers such as, "I appreciate your patience," and "I completely understand your concern," Bla bla bla. I suggest going with a different company if you want quality items and quality service.

je suis comme les autres personnes j'ai commandé des cartes de visite, je pense que je ne les recevrais jamais, vraiment une arnaque je déconseille fortement

J'ai fais mon logo chez eux, commander des cartes de visite, jusque là tout va bien.....Je commande des vêtements avec broderie ,je paye et depuis plus de nouvelles....contact par mail... réponse: je vois avec mon superviseur pour le remboursement...et depuis plus de nouvelles.ce que je ne comprends pas, c’est que j’ai reçu ma casquette et le polo n’est jamais arrivé. La cde à été passée le 28/09/2022

I ordered business cards which I needed in 10 days. I thought that was a reasonable amount of time. There is no indication on their website how long it would take. After 4 days I contacted them via chat and was told it would take another 2 weeks. I said that wasn't good enough and tried to cancel the order which they didn't allow. I had to order different cards (via Vistaprint) and they arrived 2 days later. From the Netherlands! When the cards arrived about 10 days later they were of good quality and I prefer this design, so I am keeping them, but I was quite taken aback that it had to take so long.

Worst company I have ever dealt with . Ordered items in October , after 3 weeks I followed up with the company to be told the order had not processed , customer service agent advised they would process a reorder , was assured this was in progress 2 weeks later by another agent . Followed up again after 1 week only to be told that neither order was processed…. It gets worse … eventually on the third attempt I get confirmation that my items have shipped . I track and get almost daily updates only to receive an email yesterday to state my items are actually out of stock and I will be issued a refund … I got daily tracking updates , I.e received, processed , left international logistics base etc, it now appears these are all false . The items are out of stock so I have been tracking false updates on a product that was never even sent to me . I have never ever dealt with a company that conducts business so badly and I would highly suggest you avoid at all costs .

Great design team and good marketing strategies.

Se pudesse dar nenhuma estrela eu daria. Muitas pessoas estão insatisfeita com o trabalho dessa empresa, pois demoram mais que o esperado para entregar isso quando entregan os pedidos. Existem várias reclamações no reclame aqui de pessoas que compraram e não receberam seus pedidos e o que é pior não dão satisfação ao consumidor. O único meio de comunicação da empresa é o Email e eles sempre mandam a mesma mensagem. Fiz um pedido de cartão de visita dia 11/10 até agora nem o código de rastreamento foi liberado, espero ainda receber meu pedido nº 19210688
Que falta de consideração com o consumidor.

Pongo una estrella por poner alguna. Estoy en Canarias, España. He pedido tarjetas por unos 15€ con ENVIO GRATUITO y pretenden cobrarme por el envio mas de 20€, y que resuelva yo los costos de envio con el mensajero que han contratado ellos. Y no he recibido el producto ni el abono. Muy mal.
Edito opinion por haber abonado el producto que me había cobrado y no pudieron servir por culpa del tercero contratado que pretendia cobrar lo que no correspondia. No le pongo mas estrellas por no poder operar con esta empresa.
