I'm really sorry it took so long for your parcel to be delivered to you.
Your tracking shows your parcel being held an unusual long time at customs. Unfortunately this can happen sometimes as the couriers don't let us know of any delays once the parcels arrives at customs.
As this is a very rare situation we will sent a little something on your way for the inconvenience caused by this long wait.
