I had a multi head unit with 3 indoor heads and one outdoor unit. After just over 7 years the unit rusted out and when I went to replace it, the unit was no longer available because they had superceded it. I was happy to pay for it, but to not have a major part available after only 7 years is disugusting. Do not buy this brand if you expect parts to be availabe much past the warranty period

@FG_India Fujitsu General (O Geneal) is the The worst ever air conditioning company I have ever seen. They are bunch of fraudesters working in #Kashmir . I am in total mess because of this company who first delayed the installation of 44 indoor units with 75 HP outdoor VRF system,by more than a year. Service is extremely poor. Didn’t not hand over the project properly and on top of that they do not honour the legitimate warranty agreement and are denying the same despite having proper official agreement. The grievance redressal is decimal. They are blackmailing and harassing to do a premature AMC without any respect for the contract. I would never ever recommend the company for any one to buy from.
