All the staff from manager Ash who we initially spoke with to James who talked us through options and Matt who finalised all the details were fantastic and were patient, funny and kind people. The customer service made the difference as to where I purchased my new mattress. Delivery not happened yet but feeling confident all will be well especially as FV use their own delivery drivers.

Positive impression started with Todd welcoming us to the store and guiding us to the right place where we met Sam who sold us the bed etc. His knowledge and care that he took to explain everything to us was very impressive. All other members of staff we met were extremely friendly and polite.

Gemma was extremely helpful on our first visit to assess styles etc. We made an appointment with her for a few days later and bought with her help.

We recently purchased a sofa and dining table and are extremely pleased with our experience. We were served by Gabriel, who had an exceptional personal approach to customer service alongside a great knowledge of the products.

The delivery was also a true five-star service punctual, efficient, and professional. I would definitely use this shop again and thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding service

We visited Furniture Village yesterday to buy a sofa, and we couldn't be happier with the experience.

My wife and I weren't completely sure which sofa to choose or how the whole process worked, but James made everything incredibly easy. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything in a simple, clear way. He gave us great advice, answered all our questions, and helped us find the right sofa without any pressure.

As a guy, I honestly appreciated how quick and straightforward everything was. The whole experience was smooth, easy, and actually enjoyable!

The funny part is that James normally works in the beds department, but he ended up helping us with a sofa—and we're so glad he did. He seemed happy to help, and we left even happier with our purchase.

A huge thank you to James for making what could have been a stressful shopping trip such a pleasant experience. We definitely recommend Furniture Village, and if you get the chance, ask for James. He's absolutely fantastic!

Gemma Anderson was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The whole process from chosing a recliner to sale and delivery was very easy.

Got a fantastic deal on a cancelled order, was helped in store with all the information needed to make the decision promptly. Also had a delivery date for the following week which was great.

After exploring many retailers for a mattress we came across James who’s product knowledge was exceptional.
James was our type of salesman, not pushy , patient with a sense of humour.

Gabrielle was excellent. Having a brain injury I can’t get out, so he took a video of the table I was interested in and sent it to me. He took his time to answer questions, gave great advice and I look forward to seeing the table. He made the experience easy and was very friendly

Lola was extremely patient and understanding for what has been a very difficult time for us. We have been flooded out of our house for 7 months and after many difficulties and problems the last thing we needed was a problem with the furniture as we move back home next Friday. Lola reassured me that all would be well fingers crossed she is an asset to your company.

Todd was helpful informative and went above and beyond and beyond to make my purchase easy. Just excellent service, nothing was too much trouble

I went in to the shop just to find a bed pillow and after finding one i liked, there was only the display model left so i asked if they had a new sealed one to buy. They went off and after waiting 10 minutes they eventually came back with a new sealed one. I only wanted to buy one so i could try it and see if i liked it.

The payment process was awfully slow, it took about 15 minutes and i had to give every last detail about myself, name, address, phone number, email, and sign a whole load of forms. it took forever and its absolutely ridiculous i have to spend my time inputting all this information just to buy a pillow, while the staff manually typed it all in on an old slow computer. it was honestly like being back in the 1990’s.

Once i had used it a few weeks and liked the pillow, i tried to buy another one online as it was a furniture village exclusive product i could only get it here. They charged a shocking £10 for delivery and said it would arrive within 20 days!!

It never turned up and a month later i contacted them asking for a refund, they told me they had never delivered the item as i didn’t contact them to choose a date for delivery, and that i wouldn’t be refunded. What an absolute load of nonsense! It’s a pillow!! just put it in a box and slap a royal mail 48h label on it and send it to me. what is so difficult about this?

Eventually i had to go through my credit card to initiate a chargeback to get my money back on the item they never sent me.

Unfortunately i needed a second pillow and had the misfortune of having to visit the shop again to buy it in person, went through the whole 10 minute checkout process all over again and left. i will never go back to this dinosaur of a company.

Honestly this is why i only really ever use Amazon now because these shops take the absolute mick out of you and have no shame in it
