We were not hassled in the shop at all, but when we neaded help from Ben Ross and later from Steve Wong, they were both very helpful and competant. They helped us make a choice that we are very pleased with.

Very bad experience with their customer service. I have ordered 3 rouch wardrobes from them, and one they fixed in other direction. Which is not fixed properly. The door comes out and it’s bent, I requested them to change direction, they have told they can’t do that day. It’s very concerning as the wardrobe is in infants room. What if it gets broken?. I added shelves with it, they sent wrong size!. I contacted customer support, they opened the ticket, no response almost for 2 months now, I went to store as well, still no reply. Pathetic customer service!. I wouldn’t recommend buying the wardrobes with them.

Steve was helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

Purchasing experience was good , the sales assistant in the Cambridge Branch, Mo Uddin was patient and informative without pressure. Our chosen lounge seating had a choice of fabrics and we were able to borrow the swatch to compare with carpet options in a nearby store.

Azzdean. Very helpful salesman at Newmarket Road branch. Left me to try mattresses as long as I needed and helped me decide on the right mattress.

Azzdean was the ultimate professional. Not pushy, not overbearing, not salesman but at the same time understanding our needs and providing a number of options which we ended up ordering - definitely worth a visit to FV Cambridge.

I recently purchased a bed for our bedroom from Furniture Village and had a fantastic experience.

He took the time to understand what we were looking for, patiently explained the different options, and helped us choose the best products for our needs without any pressure. He also made sure we got a great price, which made the experience even better.

Arron the salesman was attentive knowledgeable and professional.
Provided detailed information on the furniture we discussed and our specific requirements.

Arron, the salesman who greeted us asked if we had anything in mind and listened and asked relevant questions. He showed us what was available and then left us to take our time. The coffee and cookies was a lovely extra touch. At no time did we feel pressured into making a decision.

The sales person was very knowledgeable explaining all we required to know.

Aaron was very helpful and gave us space and time to think through our order!

From start 2 finish Aaron the sales consultant was brilliant. I already knew what sofas I wanted but he explained everyfing in detail this was ur cambridge branch plus sofas I have at moment were fr furniture village approx 16 years of use & still in great condition

Aaron from Furniture Village in Cambridge was a superstar from start to finish. He helped my elderly mum choose a sofa and chair for her granny flat and was well informed but not pushy by any stretch. We had a major delay to her moving in date and the Furniture Village warehouse were constantly following up and at some points it felt like there was a lot of pressure. However Aaron stepped in and took charge, he reassured us that we didn’t need to worry and he found a solution for us. The delivery man that we were assigned, Gary, was amazing. He called up to keep track of progress in the moving date but at no point made us worried or under pressure. When the moving date finally came, it seemed like the furniture would not fit through the patio doors. Gary declared “he would not be beaten” and proceeded to find a solution eventually getting the sofa into the flat, even though it took him some time. In summary, the service from the store and delivery could not be beaten. The warehouse experience was not so great but it was mitigated by the service provided by Aaron.

I bought my suite from them. Peter Jones the sales person that help me was so knowledgeable, friendly and nothing has been to much trouble for him. He made sure everything ran smoothly.
This was the Cambridge store and I can highly recommend them.

Mo was very helpful, no pressure but explained all the options available. We are not ready for our items to be delivered yet but was reassured that there would be no rush and could be delivered when we are ready.
