First time ever shopping at Furniture village and may I say a pleasurable experience. Store was spacious with a smart layout. Sales Consultant Patricia was so helpful with great product knowledge and put together a quotation that I was happy to go ahead with.

Service was excellent, made us aware of all options and listened to our wishes and advised on best option

Karunaker greeted when we arrived but not pressured. Explained how the sizes and prices were set out on the shop cards. Very patient with some silly questions.

The sales consultant Caroline helped me picked two 3 seater sofas for our living space as we’d grown out of our corner sofa. She showed me different colours and fabrics and also the option of different foot colours. I ordered to sofas and can’t wait to have them in pit home, thank you Caroline!

We had a warm welcome. Caroline was the one who assisted us today. She is lovely, very helpful and patient. We were shown the furniture with as much information as possible. We are very happy with the service.

Great staff, Matthew and Ian really looked after me with great knowledge and efficiency, perfect.

Matthew was very helpful, checking we had the right colour and size. He had a very friendly manner and nothing was too much bother. The drinks and brownies were a very nice touch . Thank you Matthew.

This was my first time buying items from here. The staff where all very friendly and helpful too. They let me have a good look round and as I was looking at lovely lady called Patricia asked if I like any help and asked if I would like a tea or coffee while I looked around.
She was very helpful as I picked a sofa I liked.

The range of furniture and I found exactly what I was after. The attentiveness, professionalism and proactiveness of staff, particularly the lady who attended us, Patricia. It made for a positive and useful shopping experience. 5 out of 5.
Obviously that is only part of the service. We're now waiting on delivery and actual use of the product and hope that will ve equally good.
Reason for 4 out of 5 is a reflection on the high cost of goods.

Tammy was very helpful without being pushy and explained everything very well, she had a pleasant personality and answered my questions very well.

I bought from Chelmsford. You need to straight up those guys or are going to drive through the mud your company.

Sales assistant tammy, was so helpful informative. Nothing was to much trouble.answered all my questions. I can highly recommend her to guide customers. A nice friendly person.

Visited Furniture Village today to search for a new three piece suite. We were served by the delightful Tammy who was very personable and very knowledgeable.

Tammy made us feel very welcome and brought us coffees whilst we browsed in store.

Tammy guided us through the lumbar mechanics of the suite we selected and helped us through the ordering procedure.

Delighted with the services received. Highly recommend this store and the staff.

The delivery drivers installed our edison modular L shaped sofa well. They were patient courtious and helpful on what was quite a lot of work. Excellent.
