The salesman,Danny, was very helpful but didn’t hassle us- left us to wonder around quietly and came to our assistance when requested . Very professional .

The staff was helpful and help us to choose what we needed and gave us take measure as well. So we can measure the sofa to see whether it could fit well attended.

I bought a raven 2 seater and a 1 seater sofa from furniture village Croydon 8 months ago.as per the sales lady instructions I was told to sit on all the seat cushion
For 1 month and then to use the leather care cream as supplied by furniture village my leather sofa is now peeling off one of my cushions.my warranty claim has now been rejected by furniture village.i urge any one buying a sofa from this company to advoid them and shop else where as the warranty you get from furniture village is worth nothing. Please advoid furniture village at all cost.if i could give them no stars i would.i will never buy another product from this company ever again. I feel I have been robbed by this company for £1000 pounds I urge you to please shop elsewhere.the company they send out to review the damage to your sofa the guy on the phone said don't worry you got a full warranty so no problem .so furniture village is a whole different story.save your money shop elsewhere. Less hassle for you all.i don't know how furniture village can treat their customers so bad shocking service from furniture village so bad never again please guys look else where for your furniture .you have been warned. Gabriel replied to my review sorry I won’t contact you as I want people to know how Badly I’ve been treated by furniture village Croydon and head office to I gave them one chance to treat me right and they blew it furniture village take your money fast but after sales care is not their very disappointed .

Let down by a very careless delivery team. They damaged my oak flooring in two places, I provided a blanket for them to use to protect flooring but ignored my request! Then hit my new fire door with the heavy metal table stand and then closed the door after try and hide it. I'm now left with damages i need to get repaired or replaced, circa £300-£400!!
