Croydon branch - Appalling company to deal with. Do not shop here! Was quoted 4-6 weeks for a table we needed for a family party. Then they extended it (informed by email) by another 4 weeks. Then came a phone call a few weeks later stating its been delayed again with no date. Suppose to call back with an estimated new date. Chased, as no call after leaving a voice message. Again no call back. Visited store to find out what was happening. Reselected - quoted 10-14 days. Would confirm the next day with estimated delivery date. Once again, didn't receive a call. Chased two days later to be told it's a 4 week delivery. No personal communication throughout this order. Definitely wouldn't recommend or shop here again. Service/management/sales staff- awful.

Bipin Shah was absolutely excellent. He had fantastic knowledge and expertise, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making us feel pressured or rushed. He was incredibly patient with us while we considered our options, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and genuinely helpful.

He also managed to give us a discount, which we really appreciated! Excellent customer service from start to finish — knowledgeable, patient, friendly and not pushy at all. Thank you, Bipin!

Salesman was very helpful explaining everything we needed to know about buying a new bed very friendly a credit to your team

The salesperson (Joe) was very helpful without being pushy and we ended with the exact mattress we wanted. Delivery took less than two weeks and came on a Saturday morning. The delivery guys were fantastic (Cliff and Gaz), very quick, helpful and polite.

Only thing that could be improved was email communication, I didn't get a lot of order updates or confirmations for delivery dates, etc. Fortunately the service was really good and everything came as promised, but one small thing to improve!
