The service is very bad. After placing the order, they did not deliver the goods on the day they confirmed, giving us various Reasons and delaying them, which made us very difficult.

Poor advice given by salesperson at time of purchase and managers repeatedly unavailable when raising complaint.
Would have had better result purchasing on line.

Your Sales Consultant Mr Joe Aden was quick to find out what sort of mattress I would like. Within 10 minutes I had tested 3 mattress and found the one that suited me. Then we proceed to his work station to complete the transaction. In all that time he was courteous informative and friendly. He is a refreshingly very pleasant young man.
