Furniture Village - Glasgow West レビュー

Great experience, staff very helpful no issues regarding delaying delivery.

A big thank you to Jay, who has the patience of a saint. He helped me to choose a set of drawers.

Friendly and experienced customer associate.

Delivery drivers were amazing and so nice and helpful they do the company credit

We'd decided the sofas we wanted. We had spoken to someone the previous week. He and James who arranged the sale today were very helpful, with no pressure to buy.

The staff were friendly helpful without pushing I believe pie sales person was called James McNeil very helpful nothing was to much bother.

I had a really great experience from start to finish. Victoria came to my flat to take measurements and gave me some really helpful advice along the way. She talked me through all the options, answered all my questions, and suggested I visit the store to see a 3D model of my home. That made a big difference, it helped me picture everything properly and feel much more confident about what I was choosing.

At the store, Rino helped me out and was just as great. He explained things clearly, went through different options with me, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.

I was buying quite a few pieces, so it could have been a bit overwhelming, but they both made it feel really easy and straightforward. They were friendly, patient, and clearly knew what they were doing, which made the whole process much smoother.

Really grateful to both Victoria and Rino for all their help. I’m excited for everything to arrive and feel good about the choices I’ve made thanks to them.

Michael was very helpful. Lovely clean show room and plenty of choice in chairs . Micheal explained explain that it will take 8 weeks for delivery. But I do think the delivery charge is alittle high.

Salesman was excellent

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Helen was so helpful, accommodating, and genuinely down to earth. She made us feel welcome and comfortable with no pressure at all. The whole visit was a pleasure. Highly recommend!

James O'Neil was an excellent salesman. Not pushy in the slightest and very approachable

Jay was friendly, efficient and very helpful. He dealt with our purchase swiftly and made us feel unpressed and confident we had made the correct decision.

Excellent experience with our purchase today. Derek was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

We recently visited Furniture Village Hillington to purchase a bed, mattress, dining table and dining chairs for our new home, and the customer experience we received was outstanding from start to finish.

Brian was very helpful throughout the process, taking the time to answer our questions and guide us through the options available. However, special recognition has to go to James, who was absolutely excellent. His knowledge, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm made a huge difference to our experience.

One of the standout parts of our visit was being able to see how the furniture pieces we selected would look together in our new home. This gave us confidence in our choices and made the whole process feel much more exciting and personal.

Buying furniture for a new home can sometimes feel overwhelming, but the team made it an enjoyable and stress-free experience. We left feeling valued as customers and excited for our new furniture to arrive.

A huge thank you to Brian and James for their exceptional service. We would highly recommend Furniture Village Hillington to anyone looking for quality furniture and a first-class customer experience.

We visited the store today to purchase a dining table. Blown away by the choice of products in the store, plenty to choose from. Store well laid out, clean and tidy.
Jay was a fantastic help, took loads of time with us to ensure we got the right table and it suited our kitchen. Not pushy at all, just very informative and a great help. Can’t wait to get our new table and will definitely be asking for Jay the next time we visit.

Derek was extremely helpful!
