What started out as a positive purchase quickly became evident that the sale is what matters

After purchasing a literally two rooms of furniture we had one request - everything would come together. We didn’t mind waiting the full 12 weeks but wanted all our furniture to come at once

“Not a problem. I will oversee it myself!”

7 deliveries over 10 weeks then ensued

The first sofa was rescheduled 4 times

And to add insult to injury I was charged £45 for three trolly wheels - mandatory for each sofa delivery for health and safety I was told

They never manifested- when I asked the delivery driver about them he laughed saying he’s seen one the entire time he had been with them

Hidden extras, false promises and lack of communication (try getting them in the phone)

And when I finally spoke to the salesman Jamie about the delivery I was basically told”not my problem”

Other than that my lounge looks stunning!

Thanks to Sale Consultant Jay, the experience of purchasing a new sofa and chair was made so much easier. Jay gave us undivided attention , he styled sofas for us , brought swatches and cushions to give us an idea of colours and textures. The selection of sofas was fantastic and that made choosing the right one, even more difficult so the professional support we received from Jay was so appreciated. 10 /10 for service.

Jay was most helpful can thank him enough! He went over and above and spent time with us to find a dining table and side board that really suited our needs. 5 star care and very pleasant, kind manner. Thank you.

Helen at furniture village made our experience totally hassle free, she showed us the item we had been looking at online, talked us through the colours, materials and different options. She was super helpful and friendly and really made it a nice experience. We can’t wait for our new couch!

I spoke with a lovely lady called Kadijha who was very professional, helpful and friendly. She dealt with my call quickly and notified the appropriate people to come to the house and assess the problem.

We met a lovely, helpful & friendly member of staff called Jayne who made us feel very welcome indeed. Jayne was such a professional yet down to earth lady and we’re glad to have met her. Frances was very helpful today in helping me choose the right mattresses for my back and my son. Her knowledge was very good and informative. Would definitely recommend.

James O'Neil made the journey great from start to finish.
We actually only came to have a look and we were ready to leave after browsing for 5 minutes but James came over and we managed to find what we wanted and I dont think we would have bought the corner sofa today if it wasnt for him. He is a great example of the perfect customer service and just based on that i would highly recommend your shop to everyone.

Davie and Matt were absolutely excellent...so helpful nothing was a problem to them.... they were polite, very professional and a credit to your company.

Was looking for new dining room chairs and table, there was an excellent selection and Frances was extremely helpful, the table was easy and she was great finding us suitable chairs. Delivery is quicker than anticipated and we would go back if we are looking for any other furniture.

Great range of dining room tables. The salesperson was attentive, courteous, knowledgeable, and provided good customer service which made the whole ordering process quick and easy. Coffee & cookies just added to our amazing shopping experience. 👍 I also ordered a stool which is taking 12-13 weeks to arrive. I would have liked it sooner. 👎
