Products were what we were looking for and had the material and colour we wanted for our new living room

Very good customer service by Lynne and Jiten in the Nottingham store - thank you for all of your help in helping us choose our lovely dinner set!

We visited Furniture Village, Castle Marina Nottingham looking for a sofa for the lounge. There was no pressure from the sales team and we were able to have a wander and when we had found one we were interested in a lovely lady called Lynne went through the options with us. Lynne was very patient as I couldn't decide on the colour I wanted, showing me different sofas in the store in various colours and materials and taking the sample books to the window to see the colours better. Once I had decided, Lynne went through all the information and options and costs. We were very pleased with the service we received in store. The sofa will take a few weeks to arrive as they are made to order.

A genuine thank you to Stewart. We were so impressed. Friendly, polite and no pressure. He was honest and really did help us with our purchase. Definitely will be going back to Furniture Village Nottingham for the purchase and definitely buying from Stewart.

Stewart was very approachable, professional and made us feel he was there for us from the offset. It didn’t feel like a sale - it felt more like someone who wanted to make sure we were happy with what we received and listened to what we required. Very happy with the service.

Absolutely appalling! We received a call one week before delivery and were told we would be notified by email a day before then on the day we would be informed about the time slot. I received the email on the day at 06:06am then a text message at 07:03am to say delivery is on its way. Then the delivery actually arrives at 07:08 and wakes the whole house up including elderly and children !!!!! Is this a joke!!! How are we supposed to see an email and text messages early hours on the same day the delivery is arriving when we are sleeping like normal human beings who work Monday to Friday!!!!! Where it’s the logic and consideration for customers!!! Why was I not notified a day before if the delivery was early hours!! Ridiculous and illogical process!!!!! Sort out your system and process!!

We really enjoyed our visit. Was helped so much by Nick. Took us a while to de use which dining table to choose

First time spoke to coustomer care team (Mr.Moharam)found very professional and guide me every thing accordingly.so,overall it was a good experience.

I was undecided today weither to purchase a sofa or not. Your sales person Mark Taylor was very knowledgeable and helpful. I didnt feel under any pressure to buy anything. Ultimately i did come back to the store and made a purchase.

We had a lovely salesman Mark Taylor who was so very patient and knowledgeable. Store was well laid out and customer service was excellent even when we thought about changing the order ended up buying more items.

Good service from Martyn, with the exception of some cushions being left off the order, despite us paying for them.
Angela in the Nottingham store arranged for the cushions to be delivered to the store so we could pick them up. A special thanks to her.

The team who delivered and fitted the sofas were polite and efficient. They kept us informed of their arrival time and tidied up once the sofas were assembled.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Lynn, who was happy to leave us to browse at our leisure. We selected three sofas that we liked & assisted by Lynn we narrowed it down to our final choice. When we had chosen we were very pleasantly surprised with the price which included delivery & a five year care protect warranty.

We went to buy a new mattress. Mark guided us round the different types. He told us to take our time and try each mattress before making a decision. He didn't rush us and he was very informative about the one we decided on. His service was great. Thank you Mark.

Gentleman that took our order was very helpful, nice.on conversation not like some sales people...nice to deal with...thank you 😀

My husband and I came in this morning to buy/choose our new sofa. Mark Taylor is a proper gentleman! He could read us well, was able to help us to make the right choice & nothing was too much trouble for him. What an asset to the company he is. He made everything a pleasant experience & we wouldn’t hesitate to go and see him again. Many thanks Mark, don’t change ;)
