What an excellent experience. We wanted a sofa for our narrowboat. Martin at Castle Marina knew just the design. It was comfortable and fit the bill. We purchased without hesitation.

Excellent service, gave me the best possible price and even offered me a hot or cold drink so I was very satisfied and I would recommend anyone to furniture village

I have been to furniture village in the past as well but today i would like to shout out to Jatin for his impeccable mannerisms when dealing with his customers. The smiling face, the belief that he has got your back, the explainations when needed. I ended up buying a sofa set and a coffee table (which i didnt plan to when going into the shop) but now that i look back, i can say that this is what a good customer service can do.

Superb, patient and explained everything

The lady that dealt with us was so helpful and explained all about the sofas,the fabric and colours,how long we had to wait for delivery all charges including the insurance and fabric care.

We were really pleased by the welcome of the team at Castle Marina retail park. We went on to purchase a Genius sofa set with the help of Jatin Tanna who was helpful and knowledgeable.

We had a great experience at Furniture Village thanks to Nick. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable while we were choosing our new sofa and chair.

Very helpful and friendly not pushy with the sales but answered all our questions

We went into the Nottingham branch this morning to try and find a couple of new sofas, we were looked after by Stewart Jordan, he made the whole experience very easy and was not in any way pushy with us, which we really appreciated.
