I bought a beautiful bed set with integrated head board and matching side tables with a Tempur mattress. They advised the bed would take seven weeks to arrive from the manufacturer. Spot on. It arrived punctually, and was assembled on site … but no mattress. The mattress arrived 9 days later! Anyway. Worth the wait. Really happy.

The team were great , Rob was very professional and patient and was very understanding of what I needed, he supported me in choosing what I required and even when I requested replacing the order he did is very friendly. Highly recommended.

I was with your Deaf customer and the salesman left us to look around at our leisure. When we needed him he was hovering and it was an altogether unhurried experience. He had a very positive attitude to the extra time involved in interpreting the conversations.
