The sales assistant he was helpful and funny

It was a very good visit. Michael was with us pointing out the way the chairs worked and how to ensure they met our needs. We also looked at the beds and mattresses and we're impressed and decided to buy. Michael was very helpful without being annoyingly pushy. He is a first class salesman.

We have just returned from Springvale retail park after purchasing two sofas. We had excellent customer service from Dan he was professional and helpful very kind and didn’t pressure us in any way. Nothing was too much trouble and he took time to make sure we had the very best deal to suit our budget and we came away very pleased and very excited to get our new sofas. Thank you Dan. wonderful store and all the staff were very friendly.

I received the most excellent service from Dan at the Orpington Branch of Furniture Village. He was extremely helpful in my choice of sofa. A very pleasant and efficiant young man indeed. All in all, a great experience.

What made my experience exceptional was Rob. From the moment we walked into the store until we completed the purchase and took delivery of our new furniture, he was outstanding. Rob demonstrated remarkable patience, politeness, and an extensive knowledge of the products available. We went into the Springvale Furniture village branch today to look for a sofa. The store was bright and had a nice atmosphere with plenty of staff.
We spoke to Dan a cheeky chappy, very personable, confident in his store and the furniture within.
Nice tea and biscuits!
We made a purchase and although the waiting time for our sofa is a while, some things are worth waiting for.

The staff let us look around and didn’t pester us.
We had been in other shops and the staff followed you around and I found it very annoying.
But Claire introduced herself and said get her a shout if we need any help. It was nice being able to look around and not rushed.

I'm happy with the quality of the divan, headboard & mattress we ordered. The issue is that the drawers on the divan won't open due to the headboard coming around the side of the divan.
The store admitted the error and reordered the correct 2+2 divan.
That was back in March. Delivery was meant to be in Mid May.
Now they're saying end of July.
Six months after we ordered it and here we are still waiting for the correct one.

I spoke with Rob on the phone about a specific sofa and went in afterwards and he knew exactly who we were and was absolutely amazing from the start. So friendly and so so knowledgeable about not only the sofas but also every single brand they had. Made this experience so easy and very enjoyable! Anything we need we will definitely come back for Rob.

Rob was really nice in explaining all the different features of the table we chose. It was a nice process and would definitely recommend anyone buying furniture to come here.

We have virtually furnished our home from furniture village. The staff at Orpington and Tunbridge Wells are amazing. Very professional, polite, patient and not without humour. Thoroughly recommend these stores. Exceptional quality. Exemplary customer service. Thank you.

Leigh at the Orpington branch was great. A very professional friendly and helpful guy. Gives you space to make your choices but happy to answer any questions you may have. The home buyer plan helped us to make choices and secure low prices before completion of a home purchase knowing if the sale had collapsed we were not financially committed. All items delivered are beautiful and we are really happy. Thanks Leigh you’re a star. Have previously posted but delivery guys were great too.

Excellent experience. A proper conversation and understanding of what would work best for me. No pressure and given all the time needed to shortlist my options. Result: A decision not just to window shop but placed an order. Commitment to buy British was a strong one for me.
