Great support and service. Helped us decide the perfect furniture for us and guided us through the whole process

Samir was great in helping us find our sofa, and bed. And took us through the different beds options etc. would definitely recommend!

I have been a dedicated customer of furniture village for many many years and have had multiple and consistent negative experiences. When having a negative experience, at least a customer deserves a fair review from the customer service team however this is negligent. One striking example, is a mirror I purchased and was very dissatisfied with the price after seeing the exact same mirror being retailed at a local store for 75% cheaper than the price I purchased it. At this point the mirror had not been delivered and I requested for a refund and they denied me of this. Another example is two single beds I purchased for again an extremely high cost, which is reasonable if the quality matches the price tag, however unfortunately this bed had not a superior material or style in comparison to cheaper beds. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money here.

The staff were professional and helpful, particularly Samir who assisted us.

Rajesh made our shopping experience very easy and enjoyable today. Thank you so much for all your support. he went above and beyond to make sure we were getting a good deal and was very patient as we had our 2 young children with us.

Ash Kumar served us. We had our kids with us and he spoke to them and made them a hot chocolate from the machine whilst we discussed the sofa we wanted in our home.
His customer service was excellent. He was very personable and friendly and ensured we got what we wanted with no pressure at all to purchase anything else. He was very supportive after our purchase too when I contacted him to resolve an issue I had with measurements.

Milin was very helpful as he provided a very good customer service from start to end, Bought the Optimus Sofa bed today, while purchasing he also explained how to take care of the upholstery, which was great. 👍

I had the privilege of dealing with Julie and Sandra at South Ruislip store yesterday (Mon 17th Aug 2026).
Both were very friendly and professional. I was shown sofas in my budget and also informed of additional costs like delivery etc and even insured I fully understood the delivery lead times.

I was able to not just sit on the sofas but try pulling out and putting back the bed part, as well as laying down to fully understand how it would feel.

They have the swatches of the other colours to hand whichis brilliant because online really doesn't do the colours justice.

They were able to answer all of my questions and didn't push to sell me extra.

Thanks to Julie and Sandra the experience was pleasurable and fun and not tiresome.

I came away a happy lady with a new sofa.

If you are looking for a new sofa or other big furniture item then I highly recommend the South Ruislip store.
