Great local service. Rajesh was super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, making the whole sofa-buying experience as hassle-free as possible.

Samir was lovely and explained everything really well while we were buying our sofa. We also had a nice little chat about our favourite anime, One Piece, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Great service and a genuinely friendly person!

We purchased a new bed for our son today and Rajesh Reddy was fantastic helped us with choosing the right mattress and bed. The overall experience was amazing I would highly recommend Furniture village.

Very disappointing experience with this company.
I bought 6 dining chairs from the Ruislip branch for around £2,800. At the time of purchase, I was told by the salesperson that the chairs were made of genuine leather and manufactured in Italy. I later discovered that they were actually manufactured in Bosnia, and only 3 chairs were initially delivered. I even had a handwritten note from the salesperson confirming the order for 6 chairs, but I was still forced to pay an additional £1,000 for the remaining 3 chairs.
After only around 3 years, the material on all 6 chairs started peeling badly. Despite having purchased a 5-year insurance policy, my claim was rejected after more than 3 months of communication, with the damage blamed on "normal use".
What makes this even more disappointing is that the Ruislip branch manager admitted that this type of chair is known to have a peeling problem, and said they are now using a different insurance company to cover this issue.
The chairs cost me £2,800 and now look terrible. The customer service and attitude I received from the branch were also extremely disappointing.
I would strongly recommend thinking twice before buying these chairs. Very poor quality, misleading information at the point of sale, and extremely disappointing after-sales service.

We purchased our dining furniture from Furniture Village, Ruislip, and we had an excellent experience with Furniture Village and Mithu Daswani, who helped us with processing the order.

There were many options and Mithu was extremely professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us choose the right items without putting any pressure on us. He explained the benefits of the care plan clearly and honestly, allowing us to make our own informed decision.

What stood out most was his friendly and professional approach. He was genuinely helpful throughout the process and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Samir was great in helping us find our sofa, and bed. And took us through the different beds options etc. would definitely recommend!

I have been a dedicated customer of furniture village for many many years and have had multiple and consistent negative experiences. When having a negative experience, at least a customer deserves a fair review from the customer service team however this is negligent. One striking example, is a mirror I purchased and was very dissatisfied with the price after seeing the exact same mirror being retailed at a local store for 75% cheaper than the price I purchased it. At this point the mirror had not been delivered and I requested for a refund and they denied me of this. Another example is two single beds I purchased for again an extremely high cost, which is reasonable if the quality matches the price tag, however unfortunately this bed had not a superior material or style in comparison to cheaper beds. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money here.
