Service of on track selling too slow, wasting my time and affect my planning.

Compared to other furniture sales rooms the staff here were very helpful and attentive. I was offered a cup of tea/coffee and did not feel rushed to make a decision in any way.
All payment options and the expected delivery times were explained to me fully.

Experience was amazing Samir helped me so much so friendly and really helpful amazing service.

Ash was really helpful and kind and understanding and gave me the best options and offers

When entering the furniture village we were greeted by Julie Dix sales consultant.who was very polite and listened to our requirements and stayed with us to help us make the right choice.

Samir at Furniture Village Ruislip was absolutely exceptional. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. He went above and beyond by staying after the store had closed to make sure we finished our shopping without feeling rushed. Customer service like this is rare.
