Great help in the showroom from Victoria and then both deliveries made on time and with friendly delivery men. Thank you Furniture Village! Very happy with my new sofa and dining table.

We return to Furniture Village time and again because of the quality of their products and the exceptional customer service provided by sales staff, the delivery team and the after care team. A problem with our sofas on delivery was very quickly resolved by Nicola, offering us several options. All much appreciated.

Furniture Village came up best for my choice of buying a new sofa. With the help of Grant showing me options for a recliner I finally picked one out. He is a credit to the company. Polite very helpful and knowledgeable. Please forward my thanks to him for giving good customer care.

Great experience from start to finish. Sofa arrived this morning and am really pleased with it.

Very helpful and everything was explained perfectly and patiently

Helpful company, good price. Victoria Carter-Jones was very professional.

A pleasant shopping experience. Salesman, Ray Lord, was great - he was not too pushy and nothing too much trouble, as I changed my mind and wanted different senarios priced up. Plenty of options to look around.

Sales person very informative

The service provided was excellent. It is very rare that you receive this sort of service these days.

Very welcoming and helpful. I was even offered a very nice hot chocolate while browsing for the right item.

Knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. Delivery driver was very efficient with nothing too much trouble.

Quick efficient sale, slight hiccup with delivery as received delivery notice just as they arrived very early 0655, so by time got dressed, they'd left, but this was resolved and delivered 2 hrs later, very polite and quick at getting electrics working, thks to all involved and Luke the delivery lead👍

David in store knew exactly what he was talking about and advised me accordingly. Excellent service.

However I have to praise the delivery guy - unfortunately, there had been a house fire in the Close overnight and the police had closed the road. Your delivery guy spoke to the police and carried my mattress to my flat - that is certainly going above and beyond, I do hope he can have some recognition for this.
The new mattress is very comfortable and I am very pleased with my purchase

We had a very pleasant experience. There was such a wide selection of furniture that it would be hard to leave the store without finding something you love!

The finance options were excellent, and we were able to take advantage of 0% interest over four years, which made our purchase even more affordable.

We visited with our children, and the staff kindly gave them homemade biscuits and juice, which they absolutely loved. It was a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. Overall, a fantastic shopping experience that we would highly recommend.

Beautiful shop, large , spacious with plenty of choice. The sales staff were helpful and not pushy.

Very helpful and went the extra mile mile will buy more stuff
