I am delighted with my new sofa and chair from Furniture Village, it was not due until the beginning of July so having it early was a bonus.
The two guys who delivered it were friendly, polite and very efficient and it arrived 10 minutes after the start of my time slot.
From ordering at the store to the delivery today my experience has been very positive and I would be very happy to deal with them again and recommend to family and friends.

I spent 5k on a exinox italian marble table and chairs we waited 3 months for delivery onky to find it was substandard. I contacted funiture village and after suppling photos this is th.ier reply

Our supplier confirmed that the areas highlighted in your images do not show chips, impact damage, or repairs. Instead, everything visible represents the completely natural characteristics of the marble itself.
Markings, fissures, mineral concentrations, and minor surface variations form naturally within the stone during its geological development. Because marble is a natural product, these unique features are expected parts of the material rather than manufacturing flaws. These exact variations are outlined in our Natural Stone Guide, which is provided to help customers understand the unique nature of genuine stone furniture.
Since the items are consistent with the natural appearance of the material and free from defects, your claim has been closed.
The lady called today and would not pass the matter onto a manager as she said it did not warrant it. I have photos which show bad workmanship. The lady said if i want to take it further then i should seek advice ourside furniture village by going to the citezan advice bureau!!!! This is the most awful customer service. Please be aware if you are buying a marble table.

Lovely lady called Victoria carter-jones amazing sales got what we wanted in a good price range so polite took her time with us really appreciate all her help outstanding we will be coming back and hopefully see her again such a lovely young lady couldn't praise her high enough

We were not informed of the large delivery charge even though we are local and how much we paid for the care package. Just told we had a £300 discount ! Care and delivery amounted to £279 so that took care of the discount! Yes we should have looked at the receipt earlier in the process but being elderly we’re getting slow!!!

Great service David was very helpful with any questions we had sale went through quick first time buying from u but very happy with the service given so far

I chose the item of furniture I wanted, and was quickly processed by a sales person so the order went through in minutes. Less than 10 minutes after leaving the store, I was contacted with details of my order delivery - which is less than a week from purchase. Excellent service. Very impressive.

I cant praise the staff at the Southampton branch enough . Alex who sold us our sofa 11 weeks ago helped me today . One sofa was too big for my living room on the day of delivery the manager allowed me to exchange it to a smaller one . The cost was minimal but the help he gave me was massive i cant thank them enough . My last sofa lasted 15 years and still going strong . Also thank you to my two delivery drivers amazing got the sofa in no trouble with no damage . One word AMAZING service all round 😀
