excellent service in store -everything explained well.
we ordered two chairs at the time.
we didn't receive the promised call to confirm delivery dates

We recently purchased a mirror from Furniture Village in Stevenage and were extremely impressed with the excellent service we received from Michael Hackworth.

Michael was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout our visit. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered all of our questions and offered helpful advice. He also went out of his way to arrange delivery around our extended holiday, ensuring the mirror would arrive at a convenient time for us. His approachable manner and attention to detail made the entire experience relaxed, straightforward and enjoyable.

Thanks to Michael's outstanding customer service, we found the perfect mirror for our home. We would also like to thank the Customer Service team, who were equally helpful in resolving a minor issue with the mirror after it was delivered. Their prompt and efficient assistance was very much appreciated.

We would highly recommend Michael and the team at Furniture Village Stevenage and would not hesitate to shop there again.

I went into the Stevenage Furniture Village last weekend and experienced brilliant service. Warren was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He was incredibly welcoming, patient and had a very calm and personable demeanour. He gave us the time and space we needed to make a decision without any pressure, making us feel completely respected. Thank you, Warren, for helping us find the perfect sofa!

Michael Hackworthy gave us fantastic service, we came into the store three weeks ago and Michael remembers which sofa bed we liked and even the colour, he set up our finance option with no trouble at all we are very happy customers.

Decided that table was going to be too big for the space so requested a cancellation. Was told that I could only cancel this within 48 hours (not made aware of this at time of purchase. Sent a few emails and was told that the return process had been accepted, so I was eligible for a refund - however 1 month later I have still not received a refund and my emails are being ignored

Our salesman, Michael at Stevenage branch was lovely! He was so helpful, accommodating and keen to understand our needs! Our sofa hasn’t arrived yet but I’m sure when it does if there was anything at all we needed he would be there for us!

A great experience shopping at Furniture Village for a new bed and mattress. Philip, our sales man, was excellent all round. Great customer care, with the right amount of space for us to take our time in choosing, coupled with sound, experienced advice on the products. Super friendly and considerate giving us all the time we needed, and more besides, going the extra mile. Very pleased with the new bed and recommended mattress, both of great quality.

Would ask Furniture Village to seriously review their ‘deliveries’ though, our only complaint, which has now been resolved but still a very unpleasant experience that shouldn’t have happened, hence 4 stars overall, but 5 star for in store shopping experience.

Problems with delivery.
Waited a month weeks for delivery, which was then cancelled as they did not have the bed frame but wanted to deliver the headboard and mattress (we refused).
No calls the week before the delivery only a text on the day of delivery at 0703.
We had to disassemble the old bed quickly & move it downstairs.
The driver said that they only had the mattress and not the bed frame.
The driver said that they had spent an hour in the warehouse looking for the frame but could not find it. The driver questioned Furniture Village, saying there was no point delivering just the mattress. But Furniture Village instructed to make the delivery.
The driver was very helpful.
We refused the delivery.
So now we don't have a bed to sleep on.
The bed was several thousand pounds.
