Roger, the sales consultant he was excellent. He was very kind, helpful and felt so comfortable discussing suites with him. He knew his job, advised us with options with no pressure to buy, which helped us in our decision. He offered us coffee, as well as other sales people too. Would highly recommend this company and their staff, excellent products and a wide variety.

I was welcomed into the shop by Roger and when I told him I was just browsing he said just to ask if I needed any help. I found a couple of suites I was interested in and he answered all of my questions without being pushy which I really appreciated.
I went back next day when I'd decided which suite I was having and again spoke to Roger who was very professional and processed the order for me.
This is the second time I've purchased from this shop and I would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase furniture.

We had a problem with a small scratch on the G-Plan Oak Sideboard we ordered from Furniture Village but Kush from the Product Aftercare Team sorted it out quickly and professionally. Everyone is happy as a result.

Hayleigh is excellent. Not too pushy, but attentive and very helpful once we had narrowed what we were looking for. She had good knowledge of the sofas we were looking at, and anything we asked she either knew the answer, or was able to find out.

We were instantly impressed not only by the range on offer but the low pressure from the staff on the floor. Tom, who introduced himself and gave us the time and space needed to browse was a delight. Helpful, personable and knowledgeable. We ended up purchasing and the process was painless.

Very helpful member of staff, Hayleigh, showed patience with us and wasn't pushy at all. A very nice relaxing shopping experience.
How it should be!

We were looked after today by Jordan who is a credit to Furniture Village Straiton. Really friendly and helpful, made our first ever trip to FV a pleasure and we will return in the future. Already recommended FV to family and friends today as it was such a good experience.Looking forward to receiving our new dining room furniture.

Our sales consultant Alana Moore was extremely helpful on our visit. She helped us choose exactly what we were looking for with great advice and took time to explain everything clearly to us. Very impressed with the whole experience.

Tom was so friendly and welcoming. Was great with the kids, they loved the free cookies!! Also gave us an extra care package and gliders on our sofa purchase.
