Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs, paid nearly 3k for a suite that was delivered damaged.
Multiple email exchanges with various department, serve only as delaying tactics by this company.
Not recommended and member if staff at the Caerphilly branch was very rude in a telephone conversation.

Fantastic experience at the Barnstaple store again while purchasing our living room sofa. There were plenty of options to choose from, making it easy to find the perfect fit for our space. The staff were very helpful and quickly assisted with adjusting our order without any hassle. Martin, as always, was great—friendly, attentive, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Faulty sofas and poor follow up customer service
We are now on the second sofa of the type we purchased- McCoy electric recliner. This issue has been going on since May 2025! The first sofa had to be replaced and now that has broken. I wanted to reject the first sofa, but they assured me that they would sort the issue. Sorting it means reporting the fault ( again) , waiting for an appointment for an engineer to come out, waiting for them to then order the part, waiting for the part to be delivered and then waiting for another appointment for the engineer to come out and sort the part. This goes on for months. All the time the sofa is not useable as a recliner again. Despite the fact that I am continually telling them that this is not good enough, they just keep repeating the same thing. I am at end of my wits with them.

Andrew was very very helpful. He really was on the product information and really helped with finding the product information on the reduced arm.
On a differnt subject the customer toilets were totally disgusting as a female having to sit was awful. If your company shows the customers such little regard might think twice about visitin the store again.
I did tell and andrew and he said he would clean them.

This is my second time of purchasing furniture from FW Home Stores, and each time I’ve been assisted by Ryan. It’s a lovely showroom with some great pieces that you don’t see in other stores.
Ryan is always helpful and professional and definitely goes beyond expectations, including taking the headrest off a sofa so I could see the colour in natural light. Wonderful service!

Went to collect and ended up buying a matching sideboard 4 chairs and a bench cushion!
Absolutely love this store but I think what makes it are the lovely staff, I can’t speak highly of them enough!
Tracy is absolutely fantastic at her job, her customer service skills are outstanding people could learn a lot from her.
I have no doubt that this won’t be my last visit!

We had a fantastic experience at FW Furniture, thanks to Kenny. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchases. Not only did he help us secure several discounts, but he remained calm, polite, and friendly throughout the entire process.
Kenny made what could have been a stressful shopping trip feel easy and enjoyable. His professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, and he made us feel valued as customers. Ottoman bed + mattress
Just got ourselves a new bed from the Barnstaple store. We were served by a nice chap called Martin. Very happy with our purchase of an ottoman bed + mattress. Quick process and a load off our minds furniture shopping for a new flat. Thank you!
Edit: we came back later the same day and purchased a 2 seat sofa, armchair, and footrest. Martin once again helped us. Very easy, lovely customisation options. Thank you!
