No customer service contact info only by email not even guaranteed it's real diamonds. I was told there was supposed to be a GIA certificate in with it and there's not. God have mercy on your soul if it's fake

Nothing negative to say. I have been very satisfied overall. Picking the jewelry is intense, but once the selection is made, financing is next to nothing to complete. Once the order is in, you don't receive updates, so you are a bit in limbo until the item is sent out. This is my only complaint. If you check on your order online, it doesn't seem to update. I have ordered several items in the past and will continue to use them. Very happy doing business here..

So far so good! They have been very responsive when I had a question. Definitely put me at ease, ensuring me that the engagement ring I ordered will be beautiful. I'm waiting on the ring now and will update once it's received.

She helped me create a well balanced ring that incorporated everything I hoped for, even if it took a few different designs. I highly recommend working with Gage for a seamless and pleasing experience. It will make the process much more fun and meaningful to work with someone who is open to your and understands your constraints, just as Frankie was able to do.

I looked at many sites for engagement rings and Gage pricing bested most others with better diamond options for custom rings. Turn around time was faster than expected and communication was quick about production and shipping.

The company say no credit needed just income and direct deposit and a job. Well thay want to get your ssi number to pull your credit. No credit needed no credit pull. Red flag.
