Bought an absolutely superb quality diamond from Gage and my now fiancée loves it! Great quality, excellent customer service and overall great experience!

The TikTok marketing tie-in made the whole experience that much more special. It help build excitement and anticipation. This is backed by excellent customer service. The online information wasn't very detailed but when i called they were able to give me precise details of where the ring was in the process of fabrication and expected completion date. The TikTok video was amazing, The ring and packaging didn't disappoint.

Financing was so easy to apply and get approved for. I found you in TikTok and I started following the page and I enjoyed watching the different rings and what the customers wanted vs what they got. Customer service was great, Nikki answered my questions right away, I love that I received a call once my financing was approved so I could shop. Nikki also offered memorial sale discount which provided an amazing deal. I love the ring, I love the sparkle the ring is gorgeous!!! Thank you for making me happy !!!

When you make a promise and you make someone pay extra to have the ring ship to you before a certain date. Then it should be meet. My ring didn't ship out on time and I received no message or call telling me so. I had my whole family and her family here to be part of me proposing to Cielo, my girlfriend. I was suppose to leave the next day to my duty station for a 6 month tour oversee's. I delayed it so I could at less propose to her. I had to pay for a plane ticket since I was going to drive. I did receive a message the next day after the fact, telling me that it did not ship out on time but it was too late. They refunded the $150 and next day it to me at no cost but the damage was done. I signed for the box and she stood next to me. Cielo, just said. my day was stolen from me and my family. I felt bad and there was no way to fix your mess up.

The rings we purchased are absolutely gorgeous! My husband and I were finally in a spot that we could upgrade our wedding rings. I don’t think we could have bought from a better place. We were worried since we live in Arizona and were not able to go to the showroom in person. All the jewelers we went to in our area didn’t have what we were looking for or wanting and when we came across Gage Diamonds online and found what we were looking for we took the chance on it. The hardest part of the whole experience was waiting for the rings to arrive and the way they were packaged and how not just anyone could sign for them made me feel that much better. The rings fit perfect. My husband has a metal allergy so he would be the one to know if we got scammed and he has had no issues with his gold band and my ring is absolutely stunning and not too over the top. I love that each ring is handmade and the details down to the smallest is just stunning. Again we couldn’t be happier with our purchases and we look forward to upgrading with Gage Diamonds again when the time comes. You won’t be disappointed with your purchase I can promise you that.

The buy now pay later option is a true life saver along with the added discount that came with it . The ring was a little smaller than I would’ve hoped but my wife loves it . Will definitely be working with this company going forward when adding wedding bands/upgrades !
