Poor communication. I asked for a picture to be taken and sent to me once the ring was done. They didn’t send anything. They do not update you

The ring is beautiful! Delivered as promised and they even processed my first payment so we could expedite delivery for the wedding! I will be using them again soon for the wedding band! 5 stars 🌟 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love the ease of purchasing the ring. I waited the standard time it stated as engagement date was getting closer I was concerned I wouldn’t get it in time. Thankfully they overnighted the ring. When it arrived it was the wrong center stone. I received a round not princess cut. Called and informed them but proposal was next day. They were happy to exchange it but my now fiancé doesn’t want to go without ring. Just bummed wasn’t what I originally asked for but appreciate the communication.

In my opinion I shouldn't of had to pay formthe replacement earring back that were faulty.

I have made several purchases from Gage and they have always been great to work with. I even needed to make a last minute exchange for a necklace that I ordered in the wrong size and they were great about processing it quickly as I was taking it on a trip.
