The ring itself is beautiful but it is too large. Definitely off In sizing.

Communication was lacking! I ordered the ring and decided to change the stone shape. Sent an email asking if this was possible, after 3 days of no response I called to verify that this could be done. The lady said yes somebody would reply to the email I sent with the cost and delay to make the change. 3 days later I got an email saying the change could be made but it would delay the delivery a few days. I was fine with the delay and responded to proceed with the change. Fast forward 2 weeks, I received the ring but the stone was never changed. The ring does seem like decent quality and I will just stick with the original stone shape that was sent. Communication is definitely an issue for this company though unfortunately.

Great and exceptional service, stayed in contact with me throughout the whole ring buying process. It was simple and easy, and order was shipped and arrived when it was scheduled.

Its been 21 days since I placed my order. I was told it would only take approximately 2 weeks for my order to be completed. The company has done minimal communication to keep me updated on my order status. The status date still shows December 27th, the date of my original order, on my Gage Diamonds account. No update since then.

Your company needs to be more proactive in updating the status of orders, especially since thousands of dollars was spent on this order.

I wanted a watch not any watch a certain watch and in there gallery they didn't have one but when I told Lauren what I would love to have was like a dream she brought what I imagined to life since wasn't in there stock had to wait longer than normal. but the wait is worth it...

Gage Diamonds was absolutely amazing. They were extremely helpful. I needed the ring in before Christmas morning and they made it so easy to get done! I could not be happier with the product or the experience.

I enjoyed how Lauren took her time to explain the different diamonds and qualities about them. I also brought my kids with me so she was more than accommodating.

Very helpful and took care of sizing for me showed up 3 days late but not their fault Fedex messed that up would recommend to anybody and will use again

The watch was junk. It was loose in the case. Couldn't set the time. It could be wound and it would tick. But in four days of running it only moved about one hour. You couldn't have checked the watch. Unless all you checked was to see it it ticked.

The ring was AMAZING! so much better in person and so sparkly. HIGHLY recommend!
