Really good service. Ordered multiple times from them with one small anomaly that was quickly resolved by their support team.

Came in a timely manner with no issues. Package was what I ordered.

Starting to feel scammed. I made an order last year got confused on delivery but customer service was a huge help last month was my birthday so I decided to spend a little more and get a preorder item from them the item was supposed to come out on the 25th however I only got my preoder in on the 24th so I expected to have to wait a bit before any update and so I’ve waited but kept checking emails and and the product page and sure enough on the 25th the product swapped from pre order to in stock order now and it has said that until today as today I’ve sat down done the maths and realised we’ve exceeded the 21 day delivery window they give so I decided to contact them and now that they’ve been called out suddenly the item is back on preorder until the 15/07/2025 and that once it’s been dispatched from there supplier they’ll send out a payment link for what I’ve, A, already paid for and, B, have seen countless people post online saying they’ve got it and seen other websites confirm it’s available. So now I’m done I’m just going to take this order as a financial loss and go else where in the future, they’ve had a month to update the website with new details but they haven’t until I messaged them if it arrives it arrives if not I’ve stopped caring there’s many more companies to use.

I trusted this company but now I’m fed up, I usually pre order figures from this website and it has been fine. But the last I ordered from them was in march 2023 and it’s now June 2024 and I still haven't received my item yet. It’s been a year and I complained in December 2023 and a member of staff told me the figure should arrive around December 2023. Very disappointed as I paid a decent amount of money and still haven’t received the item

Item arrived quickly, intact and on time for a good price and with delivery clearly communicated with a tracking number. An easy recommendation if you're after Anime merch and unsure to take the plunge or not!

I have ordered from Gamersheek since the breakdown of Dekai Anime. They were very kind in helping me purchase any existing preorders I had with Dekai. They accommodated every need, and were extremely helpful.

Since then I have preordered more items, and made continuous purchases. Gamersheek have always been brilliant and I will continue to use them in the future.

I would 100% recommend them for anyone in the figure collecting world.

I had bought a collectors edition game of amazon twice and both times then just sent me the base game so i started thinking i might not get it anymore then i found gamersheeks website i have only bought the one item from them but they reasured me that they had it in stock and when i recieved the package it was wrapped in bubble wrap wich was good bjt one downside was the games box was slightly damaged from delivery but ghats just from delivery service so i recomend the shop

My go to place for ordering any collectibles, especially nendoroids. I've always found them very responsive and my items come very nicely packed with plenty of bubble wrap.

I ordered an action figure from here that I was very excited to receive, when it arrived everything looked okay that was until I opened the box and pulled the figure out to find out one of the arms wasn’t even plugged into the socket and couldn’t be plugged in whatsoever while carefully trying to put the arm in to place the rest of the figure fell a part piece by piece it’s absolutely useless now.

Similarly to someone else, I feel a little let down after contacting Gamersheek. I was a customer of Dekaianime who have unfortunately have gone into liquidation. Gamersheek was one of the companies recommend to try and known for helping those with preorders. Upon my first email I got a really friendly response. However when I replied and asked what to do I never heard from Gamersheek again. I then ordered some in stock items which were taking really long to dispatch. After 2 weeks I sent a request to which I was told it would be looked into and I never heard anything again. At this point I'm pretty miffed so I send an email explaining the situation on how I never hear back from staff and to what's happening with my order. Got a very clinical response from Emma and I found it quite rude, no empathy or care. Just said the order can take 21 days to be dispatched as labelled on special items. Not one apology. Never had to chase up orders with other websites so sadly Gamersheek has broken my trust as customer service has let me down.

Great company to buy anime figures from. I have been using them for the last couple of years and they have not let me down.
The staff are always very nice and helpful.

Ordered astro playroom figure with next day delivery at extra cost. Order was not dispatched until I sent them an email two days later. It was then delivered next day which was good. Whilst the figure is very nice it is quite small and i feel very ripped off for the price for what you get. It should have been no more than £10-£15 max. but at £60 it's too much.

After dekai anime's liquidation they offered help to fulfill orders. However they never responded after the first email asking about what figures i wanted and still haven't. They are now all out of stock. Awful customer service.
