I had a preorder on Dekai Anime which was affected by their liquidation, and so I reached out to Gamersheek who were offering to try and fulfil those orders. I didn’t expect them to have my figurine as it was in quite high demand, but fortunately they did! Their communication in getting this organised was clear and quick, and my order was with me within a few days, safely packed and in perfect condition. I’m super impressed, and they’ve certainly earned a new customer with me.

Recently ordered and recieved items from the site for the first time and I can't believe how quick and amazing they were with packaging and protecting items and quickly getting them sent out as soon as possible! I'll happily be using this site a lot more!

Although one of my deliveries took a lil' bit to dispatch (though the website did clearly mention delays!), the other two I ordered were sent out pretty much immediately! The prices are great-- it's definitely worth paying for the peace of mind that you're receiving a genuine figure.

Heard good things from friends so thought Id check out the shop last thursday what with it being local. First thoughts was good selection, not bad on price but could be better. The staff were however not so good, with a totally innapropriate conversation going on that could be heard pretty clearly. I guess this was because with it being early there was not many people in store, but still should have been more professional and not using language like that.

Did pick up a couple of items but to top it off one had a broken part which it would be a bit of a pain to go back in store so resorted to glue. No big problem but this and the language of the staff means I wont be coming in again.

I ordered a figure since last August, and I waited three months for it, but I never got the figure nor did I get updates about it, so I asked the company about it. They replied, but we never got to anything, and now I don't even get replies from them and they didn't refund me no matter how many times I asked them to.

Last Friday morning order 2 figures listed as in stock, got an email not long after saying that one wasn't in stock and the other was a preorder, fair enough, they also refunded. So the day after I decide to order a different figure that was in stock, I got confirmation email and an estimated delivery of 18/1. Not very quick but ok, they may be having issues. This afternoon after still not receiving any contact from the company sent a request to see what was happening with my order. Not long after the money for the order was refunded, still no contact, nothing. I ordered from these as they came recommended from r/animefigures and their side bar of trusted sellers. So very disappointed and now unsure if I'll bother even trying to order something else. Also didn't get the 5% new customer bonus on the second order even though they cancelled my first as they could fulfil.

Gamersheek is a legitimate company, the prices are good and the items arrived as described and well packaged.
Maybe I was unlucky but the delivery was painfully slow.
Ordered on 25th December so I expected some delays due to Christmas and New years. There was a notice on the site suggesting delays which I excepted.
However after a week there was a new notice about a stock take on the 8th January so no new orders.
I didn’t think this would impact me as my order was placed two weeks before the 8th…. But it clearly did as my parcel was shipped out on the 11th Jan. Once shipped it was a quick turnaround by Royal Mail.

I half expected a long delivery time based on other reviews here but didn’t expect it to drag out as long as it had.

Two stars may seem harsh but as the vendor; Gamersheeks role is to take my money and hand my item to a delivery firm. Only one of those tasks were completed quickly.

Emma was very helpful whenever I had a query. Easy process from start to finish, just a bit of a wait for the item but to be expected what with Christmas and New Year. Best price in the UK, will buy from again.

Ordered an in stock item on the 23rd of December. Understood there would be a delay over Christmas, which is fine. Then there was a further delay due to stock take which is also understandable.

Asked for an update on the 8th. Finally got a response today saying it would be shipped today, followed promptly by a message that it's actually out of stock so they'll have to cancel.

Item still listed as in stock on their website. Took a punt on this site based off their trustpilot score but looks like it didn't work out for me. I'm disappointed.

I've ordered a few times from Gamersheek, and they've always delivered my orders in very good quality, safely and securely packaged, as official products. They're currently partners with Good Smile, so there's no need to worry about legitimacy. Their customer service has taken a bit of time to respond at times, but is overall extremely helpful and polite, and always helped resolve any worries I had. I intend to always use Gamersheek for my purchases when I can.

Great customer service and a legitimate website. I was worried to try the site as I hadn’t heard of it before but it seems very good so far.

I preordered an item on 22/06/2023 with the release date of 30/11/2023 but am still waiting for it. I have contacted them several times and they keep promising to deliver, but it just doesn't happen. Now you can buy online at an increased price meaning that they do have the item in stock. It seems that they don't want to honour my preorder because of this increased price.

Before I start I want to say Customer Support is pretty quick for responding to my queries, however I placed an order with Gamersheek on the 18th of December the item wasn’t a special order so should have been dispatched by what they advertised “usually within 24 hours” however due to the holidays which I understand there will be an 8 day delay. After 11 days I sent a message to customer services asking how much longer will it take for my parcel to arrive to which they said they will chase this up and make sure it is sent as soon as possible. Then on the 2nd of January (16 days) I emailed them again politely asking how much longer will it take for my parcel to be dispatched and wished them a happy new year they replied telling me that the item will be dispatched on that day so the 2nd. Now it is the 9th of January so 23 days since I’ve placed my order so I sent yet another email asking if they know when my parcel will be dispatched for definite they responded that the item wasn’t in stock so they will be issuing a refund which is fine however this was a present meant to be given on the 7th of January not once did they reach out before I reached out to them to tell me about problems with dispatching this item, I still don’t really know the problem as they didn’t express delays this big to me if I knew I would’ve asked for a refund ages ago so I can get this item elsewhere online. They did express this in a email saying “I do apologise about this, this should have been communicated to us and to yourself much sooner” however I’m pretty sure if I didn’t email them today asking where my parcel is for the third time they wouldn’t of reached out to me telling me that the item is out of stock and I’d still be waiting 23+ days for my item. From my experience I wouldn’t not recommend Gamersheek.

Have ordered items from this seller multiple times (too many to remember!). My orders have either been orders for in stock items, or for preorders. Have always received an excellent service from them.

My latest order was delayed but this was due to issues out of their controls. The customer service team has been excellent whenever I've had a query. Special shout-out to Emma from the CS Team who was always responsive and kind!

Will definitely continue to buy from the site in the future whenever I see an item I'm interested in.

Order was supposedly shipped or supposed to ship at the end of October, it is now December and still haven't received anything. This is either a literal scam or a shop run by incompetence. Anyway go shop somewhere else.
