Had a small issue with the CD player on the Rockola Jukebox. Games room company came out, sorted it no questions asked and absolutely no issue.

Mark is a top guy and very professional, he sure knows his stuff.

really cannot fault Mark, the Games Room Co and their products and back up - highly recommended.

Having serious issues with a delivery date - have contacted the team so many times and nobody is able to give me an ETA despite ordering a standard pool table. Would appreciate an escalation from management asap because I’m losing patience.

I’m delighted to have just taken delivery of a new Rock-Ola vinyl bubbler. And while it is a thing of beauty, the story of its journey from purchase to delivery is a story of two halves! For this reason it’s very difficult to give a true star rating. The past month or so has been quite exciting since I first learned that delivery of my long awaited juke box was
imminent. The care and attention I’ve received during this time and including delivery has been exemplary and I’d happily have given a 5star rating. But, that’s only half of the story as it now seems like a very long time since we first went to Virginia Water to see the Games Room and place an order. Communication since then regarding the progress of the order has been sporadic to say the least. For that part of the story I could probably only give them a 2 star rating.
Since the beginning of the year I’ve done some research into the history of the Games Room and the purchase of RockOla and I’ve also had many friendly conversations with the owner (who delivered my jukebox box personally!) He explained to me the financial issues he’s had since taking over Rock-Ola and I would be heartless not to have sympathy for him in what should have been a brilliant acquisition. It sounds like they’re turning a corner so hopefully their lead-time will start to reduce and the company can go from strength to strength. I can only wish them every success in the future, I think they deserve it.
These bespoke juke boxes are uniquely made in California, which is probably part of the reason for a long lead-time. I would suggest to any prospective buyer that if you’re in no great hurry to acquire one these beautiful juke boxes, then it’s worth the money and the wait!

A family member paid in full for a bumper car and has still not received it. Despite numerous promises and repeated assurances that delivery was imminent, no delivery date has ever been provided and nothing has been delivered.

Each time we have chased, we have been given excuses and delays, with no meaningful progress or resolution. It has now reached the point where confidence in this company’s willingness or ability to fulfil the order is extremely low.

What makes this even more concerning is that while failing to deliver items that have already been paid for, the company continues to advertise and offer other products for sale online.

We have now issued a formal deadline for a full refund. If this is not received, legal proceedings will be commenced without further notice.

Based on this experience, we would strongly warn others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.

Be very cautious about ordering an item from this company. We ordered a Rock-Ola juke box and arcade machine in May last year, paid our money in good faith with a delivery date of November.

To this date they are completely unable to give us any indication whatsoever when the Jukebox will arrive. I made a bit of a nuisance of myself last year and we did receive our arcade machine before Christmas, but this was a bolt on. My husband, for many sentimental reasons, cashed in his pension to buy the Jukebox and we are now doubting that we will ever see it.

I simply do not understand how a company can answer with ‘I’m waiting for an update’ from August through to February!! Especially when they claim to be owed by the same person that owns Rock-ola!

Some people seem to have had theirs, so I am hoping we will get ours, but it’s a massive amount of money and my husband has been losing sleep about it.

Read reviews about this company and its competitors before you hand over your money!! I foolishly was duped by a great salesperson!!

I made an order with this company last June for a pool table. I have paid half the deposit. I believed I would have this pool table before December 25. The staff did reply to my emails to say they were looking into it. It's now April, I still have no pool table. There are no replies to my emails, No one answers the phone. I have visited the showroom and it is closed. DO NOT order from this company. Terrible customer service. All I want is my deposit back.

I ordered a Foosball table in Sept 25 & paid in full. I was told I would receive it in a few weeks. I have not received it and constantly get fobbed off. I am so disappointed, it was supposed to be a Christmas present for my kids

I phoned this company to make some general enquiries about a couple of vintage games I may need to find homes for and was so glad I did. Dawn was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to talk to and I look forward to the possibility of doing business with them in the future.

I bought three items from GRC. A Rock Ola jukebox, a Sulpie table football table and a darts board cabinet. Having completed a lot of research around the products I knew that they were what I wanted for my games room at home.

All of the items have met expectations and the staff at GRC were very helpful in the consultation period.

I was pre warned about (relatively lengthy) lead times and these were not met. However, (after a period of uncertainty on my side) the owner of the company spoke to me personally to explain the delays and stayed in touch to keep me in the loop.

On installation - the team were superb. They really went over and above expectations to ensure that I was happy with the products. I could not be happier with the jukebox in particular. A really awesome addition to my life and I very much enjoyed the process of collecting 100 vinyl records from the 60s to modern day music.

What a shambles, my last review was removed for breaking regulations for stating a few home truths about this scam of a company. Seems it's OK to go into liquidation two years running and not have a care in the world. I lost money with these jokers and i will get justice.

Dawn and the team at the Games Room Company found us a wonderful Foosball table at short notice. Their communication and service was excellent and they made a lot of children, ours and cousins, very happy at Christmas.

Despite a delay because of unavailability of certain electronic parts we were very happy to take delivery of our Bubble Jukebox on Christmas Eve.
It is fab-u- lous. We had family round for Christmas Day who could no believe their eyes. Thanks to all at The Gamesroom Company for getting it to us for the festive season.

Was great service throughout - Was promised a pre-Christmas delivery and installation of a very good home pool table (Buffalo Eliminator III in dark walnut). Was installed by some very knowledgeable people, who had great advice on both the setup, playability and maintenance. Super happy with everything. Merry Christmas to everyone!

We have just taken delivery of our Rock-Ola Jukebox and are absolutely delighted with it.
Our journey started with an appointment with Claire in May (2025), she was very enthusiastic and spent time demonstrating the various options to us. She also introduced us to other members of the team who were all equally enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and having considered the options we placed an order in June with a December delivery date.
Alexander and Phil delivered the jukebox yesterday, set it up for us and stayed until we were completely happy and that they had answered all of our questions, time was not an issue for them.
Our only recommendation that we have made to Alexander is that the company could provide more timely updates of the progress of the order.
We would definitely recommend this company if you are thinking of purchasing a jukebox.

Ordered and paid for a pool table back in July with a 12 week lead time. That time passes, then more time passes and there is no update. Send a polite enquiry - no reply. Send another email and get told the team is busy moving warehouse so can’t deliver yet, but promise to email back at the end of the following week. That date goes by without any further contact. During all this time they are posting daily Instagram stories of staff playing with their assortment of games.

Company only established contact after posting a negative review here. Now been assured by Alexander directly of delivery in early January after the company has gone through a restructuring. Hoping that future customers get better, regular communication and don’t have to worry whether goods will be delivered or not.

Great company! They have helped me fix my jukebox issues numerous times. Would recommend 10/10
