I am so done with this store and I want to share what happened to me recently. I always shop at the Gap inside and online. I was excited to see the particular colorful turtleneck and not to mention the price (nice sale) i received an email stating my order was delivered. I got home nothing was outside my door. I called the man with a slight language barrier saying som one took a picture. My response was i didn't get the picture. He tells me
to wait 72 hours. I was offended that them to treat me like i was a liar or something. The best customer service should have been totally different. I decided i wont call back nor will i ever shop there again. Be cautious you wont get yiurnstuff nor your money back.The gap is ruthless.
I'm boycotting this store!!

Stanowczo odradzam. Od 11 grudnia 2024 toczy się sprawa zwrotu towaru. Twierdzą, że nie dotarła do nich przesyłka zwrotna, ponieważ została wysłana na błędny adres (podany w regulaminie zakupów zamieszczonym na stronie sklepu) i odmawiają zwrotu pieniędzy. Skandaliczny sposób traktowania klienta. Sądząc po recenzjach jest to standardowe postępowanie tego sklepu. Nigdy więcej nie skorzystam z ich usług.
Treatment of loyal customers
I started out with a $500 credit limit after using this credit card (Gap/Navy) for almost a year. They dropped my credit limit to $300 just because my credit score went down which had nothing to do with them in the first place cause I paid this credit card every single month never late. I have no desire to have a credit card from a company that goes by your credit score to have the right to lower your credit limit even though your pain stupid as a thing I’ve ever heard. There are several reasons for your credit score to bounce and fluctuate and it doesn’t have to have anything to do with your credit card payment?
Gap stealing from customers
I ordered 7 items. Received only 6. They are making it impossible to either send me money back, or send the item itself. They are keeping my money and saying I have to solve it with my bank. They said they are denying my claim because I only have ever ordered twice with them. My order history is not robust enough for them to accept my claim.
Shameful business practice in other words called STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS.
Ordered a kids puffer jacket online
Ordered a kids puffer jacket online. Received the coat and it was dirty( looked like it was covered in food), had zero tags and reeked of perfume or strong detergent. Returned online with reason being damage. Received an email a week later letting me know that they would not be refunding my money due to no tags and being used. I sent it back literally the day I received it! How are they still in business!

I have ordered twice online from Gap and both times wrong item was sent. Today jeans were sent and i ordered boots. Absolutely ridiculous!! Do not order online from GAP.

I placed a order 10/30 was suppose to be delivered Nov 8th never came then delivery was changed to Nov 9th nothing I get update to Nov 15th now 👎 very disappointed in my processing and handling of my order 😐

Worst customer service experience ever!!!! I was wanting to return a shirt I bought and was not able to print the label, so... I saw that they said if you need another option please contact us. So I did, and they sent me the same label in which I cannot print. Then he hung up on me after I asked if he could send a QR code so the post office could print it. Never buying online again. Plus the shirt was low budget quality.

From now on, I will never buy from your store again because of the lack of responsibility in losing customers' goods without being able to provide a reasonable solution. The lack of professionalism in customer care, the goods only have the street name but not the customer's house number, leading to lost goods and shirking responsibility when customers call to complain. My friends, my family and I all like your brand, but from now on we will stop shopping from you because of this lack of responsibility. It's funny that I only received the street name without the house number??? I don't know how I received it???
Indian Customer Reps Redirected Me to a Scam Call Center
Avoid GAP at all costs if you're paying with a debit card. They canceled my order but never refunded me, insisting they didn’t charge anything — even though debit card transactions are instant.
When I dialled 1-800-427-7895 and asked to speak to a manager, the call center agent (with an Indian accent) put me on hold and transferred me to what seemed like a scam call center. Some woman there started asking for my social security number, claiming it was needed to "look into the issue." Absolutely disgraceful experience.

The customer Service has changed dramatically. And make it impossible to return an item that you buy at a retail outlet if you’re unable to get to that outlet or another.
It’s obvious why so many stores have closed and people are no longer interested in supporting them. I personally have closed my account and once my current dilemma is resolved will never shop there again.

What has happened to the amazing customer service that a person used to find with Baby Gap? I ordered a toddler sweater from Baby Gap and it came inside a dirty blue plastic bag from Old Navy. It wasn't even in its own wrapper, it didn't have tissue paper around it, it was just tossed inside. I cannot believe how terrible the customer service has become with Baby Gap. I will no longer be ordering anything from Baby Gap. So disappointed, so sad.

I used to buy jeans from gap and recently I suspect they stopped accept payment from cards issued in some countries, I'm living in Ukraine, But payments rejected with reason that they suspecting fraud or something like this and for my safety they rejecting payment. Jeans from other stores like poland are not the same models and main there is no such sizes with such length. I’m really disappointed with the Gap store at Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket. The manager doesn’t seem to care if customers ever come back, and she’s rude and disrespectful. Some of the staff act the same way. I used to shop at Gap regularly, but the staff’s behavior has driven me away.
