So, what can i say about these guys? Lets start with how they managed to save my wedding day after a car we were supposed to get for our wedding car, fell through at less than 24 hours notice. Pete Weightman and Matt Hopkins managed to not only get me a car at less than 4 hours notice, but also one that is far above the standard of a dealership car. Picked me up from train station, treated me like a king when on site, and i purchased one of there cheaper cars! Saved the day. Thank you guys, i genuinely will not go anywhere else now. Car is absoluteley mint also, cleaner than any dealership and trust me on this review, I buy a lot of cars, this is my tenth in five years. Thanks, John.

I can’t seem to reply to your update 3 hours ago on here but I can assure you the review was by no means fake. I haven’t called you as I’m utterly disgusted with your business and wouldn’t want to have any further dealings or correspondence with you. Neil Abbey conned me into a contract with false promises then refused to help by properly looking at part exchange during the term. I’m now left with a mileage bill that was also promised wouldn’t be a problem. But you live and learn…. It’s just been an expensive lesson for me to learn by dealing with your business!

My rear windscreen smashed from a stone chip, leaving the vehicle undrivable and myself without a car. Martin and Paul in Service got this fixed for me incredibly quickly so I was able to have my car back for the weekend. I've just had a major service with them and an MOT. Faultless Service. This is a great garage to have a relationship with as they always go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you both!

Dealt with Neil Abbey at GC Motors, and from the minute he let us look at the car outside normal opening hours (we were passing and stopped for a look), right through to completion of the deal, Neil was superb to deal with, very professional, friendly and helpful. Great service, pity all car sales/salesmen aren't like him Highly recommended.

Not a good experience to be honest. Very poor comms after the sale. Promised call backs at least four times but never received any! Attempted to change the agreed deal as I was picking up the new car! Took them six weeks to tell dvla id bought the car and then got my name wrong! I returned my previous cars logbook but haven’t received my retention fee! As with so many dealers once they’ve got your money they don’t want to know you.
Not what I expected from a dealer of high end vehicles.
When I change my car in 18-24 months I’ll keep clear of these guys. Not Impressed at all.

I had a terrific experience with Neil Abbey from GC Motors. Neil was extremely helpful throughout my whole enquiry stage looking for a new car. I didn't end up making a purchase but only due to a change of mind around which car I wanted. Neil and the whole team were really professional and friendly - even when I did not end up going ahead with a sale.

Due to changes in circumstances, I reluctantly decided to part ways with my Audi RS3 after spotting GC Motors’ S4. Despite making a deal on a part exchange, I pulled out and GC motors were incredibly understanding. A few days later, I was keen to take the S4 on an extended test drive of which Warren put me under no pressure whatsoever to make the deal and so when I decided again to proceed with the deal - of which Warren managed to significantly improve, Warren continued to look after me remarkably well with true professionalism and care, including ensuring that my remote garage car control was sent back to me, after I had left it in my previous vehicle. My partner and I just bought a Ferrari Roma from GC motors and it was a very pleasant experience. Matt Coates was the sales guy and he was a pleasure to do business with. There was no hard sell at all he simply explained the features of the car and how it all worked in simple terms (which I appreciated as I am not at all technical!) we decided to buy the car as we felt reassured that it was a good deal as Matt came across as honest and genuine (unlike many car salesmen we have experienced in the past). The purchasing process was simple and we collected the car a few days later. GC Motors even had the car fully serviced beforehand to save us from having to arrange it. The communication was excellent throughout and I would highly recommend GC motors if you are considering buying a premium car. All of the staff were super friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Matt followed up to ensure we arrived home safely and had no problems or questions along the way.

Holidaying in the area with caravan. My car developed an ABS fault so I went for a diagnosis and quote and had the job completed yesterday. Very professional, polite and considerate service and good price. Thank you.

Great salesman

I bought a car through Neil. What excellent service he provided with absolutely no pressure, I would definitely recommend buying through CG Motors.

I purchased a Range Rover from GC Motors.
Told two previous owners.
Upon collection five weeks afterwards, due to their fault, I drove it home.
I used the car for three days.
Eight faults on the car.
Six previous owners.
I rejected the car after three days as being unfit for purpose.
GC Mortors offered initially £10000 less than paid.
This matter is now in the County Court.
Utterly disgusting.

Over 7 years , the standard , efficiency ,and friendliness of the staff has always been top notch,and the standard of workmanship, second to none.and their pricing very competitive. that’s why I am a regular and well satisfied customer, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

So i did the thing garages hate and told them the fault and what needed done but Graham listened to me babble on took car in did what I asked and he explained what I need to do from leaving garage for car to relearn ecu values and for a week ive been getting an average of 36mpg I drove home it hit 70mpg Graham charged me less than the original quote very easy to talk too so ill certainly use him again he squeezed me in before his holiday also the girl on reception was also so easy to talk too when explaining my faults all got relayed back to Graham with no issues

Collected my P525 V8 90 Defender today from Neil Abbey at GC Motors. Fantastic service from start to finish, cannot recommend GC motors and the staff enough. Car is absolutely beautiful and it was a very easy and professional service provided. Special thanks to Neil & Laura. I will definitely be back!

Buying from GC Motors was a very disappointing experience. During the sales process, I was verbally assured by the salesperson (Neil Abbey) that part-exchanging the vehicle whenever I wanted would not be an issue, and that the mileage limits in the agreement would be flexibly managed when the time came.

However, when I attempted to part-exchange, GC Motors and Neil refused to assist, directing me strictly to the terms of the signed agreement with no flexibility offered. Be extremely careful with verbal promises made during the sales pitch, and make sure every commitment is explicitly written into your contract before signing.

I recently bought very nice Mercedes from Meil at GC Motors. The service was excellent from the first contact from Neil, the personal video he sent, the deal and finally the delivery to Scotland. Laura was also a pleasure to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend Neil, Laura and GC Motors as a whole
