GC Motors レビュー

Very easy, professional service from Matthew Hopkins

Many thanks to Neil at G C Motors, I was supported all the way through the trade in and purchase process. It was a pleasant experience and would not hesitate to use them again.

Vehicle in great condition, Neil looked after us beginning to end! Highly recommend Neil & GC motors for your next car purchase

Very good customer service from Bailey. I saw the car online and he made the process easy and was helpful from start to finish.

I would love to say thank you too Matthew Hopkins
It was great experience and seeing all the cars and for our beautiful Range Rover sports so happy 🫶

Justin was incredibly helpful and responsive. Very pleased with the price of the car I bought and the deal on my part exchange. The car was delivered to Aberdeen without any hassle and was immaculately prepared. Happy to recommend GC Motors and Justin to any prospective buyers.

I was referred to GC Motors from a close friend who loves cars and has lots of buying experience so I would respect his opinion on a company when he says these guys are good. And u have to say, he was so right. The whole experience from my initial contact with James on their website chat to driving away my new Aston Martin that looked incredible after they had got it ready for me was a complete pleasure. If you see something on their site you like call them. You won’t be disappointed.

Neil Abbey, my main contact & salesman at GC motors has been the most pleasant and helpful man I’ve ever dealt with when buying a used car. A proper down to earth man who doesn’t just talk about cars he actually pays attention to people’s life’s as well as talking business.

He’s not only very good at what he does but is actually more than a salesman.
I had the easiest experience buying my car used car from GC motors.
I’ve never bought a car from this company so didn’t know what to expect, but would definitely recommend anyone to use them. A very healthy high end stock selection with all different types of cars for whatever budget you have.
Neil has gone above and beyond to not pressure me into buying this purchase at all in fact he’s done the opposite. No annoying pestering calls and constant pressure to buy.

He kept me fully updated throughout the whole process, with wats app messages, videos and photos. If I asked for anything he would get it done very professionally and promptly.
He could be contacted at any point and would always pick up, so easy to get hold of, answered any questions or concerns I had. Nothing was too much trouble.
I’m over the moon with my supercharged V8 🤭 !!!
I would recommend GC motors to anyone wanting a nice car. The whole team at GC motors should be very proud of what they have and I hope they continue to be successful.
To everyone at GC motors thank you and it’s been excellent 👍
Great job !!!
Kindest regards
Steve

Amazing experience, great staff and I’m very happy with my new car

My enquiry was handled promptly and very politely by Neil Abbey. I would recommend emailing or talking to him, about anything sales wise.

I had a great experience With GC Motors. The team are passionate about hi spec cars and have one of the best selections in the UK! The team are very knowledgeable and friendly! The initial admin problems with the purchase (my fault) were helpfully resolved by Paul. I look forward doing business with Gc Motors again.

Just brought my new car from GC Motors and from the 1st phone call to picking up the car everything was done so well, the phone calls, car pics / videos and information I received was spot on, a Big thank you to Bailey Calvert the sales executive who looked after me.
If buying from GC Motors again I would ask for Bailey.
The car is great thank you again Bailey.

I recently purchased an Audi e-tron from GC Motors and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Rob was absolutely fantastic—easy to deal with, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable. Rob answered all my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure everything was handled professionally. The Audi e-tron itself is a dream to drive, and the service from GC Motors just made the whole thing even better. Highly recommended!

Neil made great contact with me and although i didnt end up buying the car i was interested in he seemed decent enough

Great to deal with from start to finish. Delt with Mathew Hopkins. Could not fault at all . Would definitely recommend

i have to say i bought an absolutely beautiful car and , having had a couple of problems now , i rang several times to no return calls or response i decided to take to main dealer of car i purchased. i would say my overall customer relationship has been severely compromised.

Bought my vehicle from GC Motors and honestly cannot fault them as a business. Neil who I dealt with was friendly really informative and couldn't do enough for me I have want my vehicle for a long time now and thanks to Neil and Peter I now own it thanks guys for the 5⭐ service

Staff were all very helpful and made sure I was well looked after,

Michael was my salesman and he did a great job.

Just purchased my dream car from GC motors.
And felt compelled to write this review.
Amazing service from start to finish. Rob has been fantastic. Really helpful, knowledgeable and gone above and beyond to help us secure the car. Any issues were dealt with promptly and really felt they did the best for us.
Would recommend Rob and GC Motors to anyone.

A second hand car sales shop masquerading as a luxury car firm. Scruffy customer area. Rather than negotiate on a sale, the salesman banged on about how many motors they sell every week. So what? Tried to negotiate a fair price and rather than show willing, they dropped my part ex valuation substantially. Naturally I got a good deal elsewhere and lo and behold they drop the price on the vehicle I was interested in after failing to sell it weeks later. If they’d followed up with me they may have made a sale. But hey these guys are the experts.
