Great to deal with, great product and fast delivery thank you!!

MOTU Fright Zone - Ordered Wednesday, delivered Friday! Fast postage, good communication. Recommended.

I first met Nick at a toy con where Neca was so overpriced. Nick had a little section and I was amazed at the prices. I brought a couple of figures and Nicks fb.

Well now I have brought many figures and have received my first pre order and made many more. I like the idea of paying in full or deposit in which Nick will email you when the figure is in the new shop for delivery. I truly understand that shops like these are under the mercy of the wholesalers, so dates can change which Nick does update on FB.

Neca are the worst for late shipments and even not making enough for demands in the UK. American shops are their priority after all. I have many pre-orders in waiting so be patient if you pre-order.

Regarding the silly 1 star about packaging, well there can be variants and miss prints! Any printer can tell you that.

Geekynerd are true hero's that make collecting figures from the States possible and at a fair price.

If you do make an order of figures in the shop and a pre-order, just bare in mind that the order will be sent when the pre-order comes in. I made that mistake but it's no issue for me. Just do any pre-order separate from in stock items.

Ordered from here 3 times now. They have super fast shipping which is securely packed, and some of the best prices. I had a question about my last order and received a swift and polite response. 5 stars all around.

The picture on the website is different to the item I received wouldn’t not trust this company as it shows a bone knife and blood pattern going up the apron but only blood on the bottom and couple of slash marks not happy with the service they have gave me will not be going back to this company

The best in the business for Neca Figures

Great communication with these guys, bought 4 figures last week, two arrived quickly, followed up with the other items, and told there was an issue with the BTTF 2 Marty figure, as out of stock, they were happy to refund the BTTF 2 Doc figure as well, as wanted as a set. Other items were great and added to my horror corner in the office. Would recommend again, good prices, fast delivery and great customer support.

Placed my 1st order yesterday 14/8/25, and have received my order already 15/8/25... so impressed with this company, will definitely be buying from again.. wasn't sure what to expect after reading some of the other reviews on here, but i'm 100% happy that I gave them a go... item arrived in perfect condition and package well... what more could you ask for 🙂🙂🙂

Took far to long to be delivered, estimate was late may 2025 didn't come to August 2025
No communication from yourselves unless I had to ask the question where is my purchase.
When purchase arrived it was worth the wait.

Fast delivery

Asked to cancel an order and received response to say my account was deleted with no reason given. Owner seems overly aggressive and petulant.

Edit: I don't believe the response. I couldn't access my account last night as it was locked.

My go to for NECA figures. Always a good price and items come well packaged to prevent damage to these collectable items.

Good communication, very fast delivery

I ordered a NECA figure from this site initially without an issue. The item arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately when I opened it the the figure had a defect and broke in my hand. I reached out and very quickly received an offer to ship it back, at which point I would be refunded postage and another figure would be sent out. All great so far! That was the last I've heard from them, back in December. Royal Mail provided photo evidence of the return being left with staff in the store in January. As of mid April I've yet to receive a replacement figure or a refund, nor has my postage been refunded. I contacted the owner again and never received a response. I've ultimately had to go through PayPal, who were fantastic and refunded me within 20 minutes of opening an appeal! There are so many reputable NECA stockists, I'd avoid this one.

I ordered two items back in November 2024. I paid in full, and one item was in stock while the other was a pre-order set for January 2025. I didn’t think much of it at first, but then I encountered some issues. The pre-order ended up getting delayed, and I wasn’t informed about this at all.

At the beginning of March 2025, I reached out to customer service to check on my order. They told me the pre-order would be in stock soon. On March 25th, I received an email from Royal Mail about a delivery. I logged into my account, expecting to see my items on the way. To my surprise, I found out that the item that was in stock had been refunded. I never received any notice that this was happening.

Why was stock not allocated to me when I placed my order four months ago? Why wasn’t I told about the issues sooner ? It just felt like a lack of communication on their part, and it left me quite disappointed. I expected a smoother experience, given that I had paid in advance.

Money is taken for "in stock" items , unless all your items are in stock don't expect to receive everything you order.

Feel very disgusted how this company has behaved, I would avoid at all costs , can't be trusted to fulfil orders

Never had an issue with this shop. Always trying to give you updates on shipping on orders from overseas which is always appreciated as things can get delayed quite often depending on the toy company. Offers pre orders and deposits which is always great. Overall very happy

Brilliant. Really quick delivery, packaged well and great prices. Asked for a refund on a pre order and this was sorted within 10 minutes, so great customer service so far as well. Definitely recommend this company for horror figures!

I have brought many figures from geeky nerd toys and I couldn’t be happier with them, Figures always arrive in perfect condition and the range is excellent and the prices and service are amazing every time I have a question it’s answered in a prompt manner.

First time using. Excellent service and fast shipping, really well packaged as well. A few items out of stock, however notified and refunded promptly. Would defintely use again.
