EDIT 2: After several emails back and forth we eventually got there. Was advised of the despatch and when it was due. Awaiting the postage refund, but I am sure it will arrive. All in it was a painful experience at times but got the result. I think the main let down was the lack of communication.

EDIT: Had an email from one of the guys there stating issue would be sorted and that I would get an email from tracking details etc. seller has gone quiet again. Heard nothing at all. Currently I am out of pocket with no figure, paid return charges and now way of getting hold of the seller. I emailed a couple of times for an update…… nothing. I was initially quoted that the figure would be sent mon 14/tue 15 feb. Its now 24th.

I ordered 3 figures from here. Initial despatch was slow, but no major issue as the figures were not urgent. Figures arrived well packaged. Issue came when i opened one of the figures, one of the elbows joints broke. Again, no major issue, contacted them and they replied quite quickly. Said to post it back, and they would ship another out. Said they would also repay the postage charge. Posted it back. Sent it via recorded and signed for delivery so knew it had arrived. This is where it has gone wrong. After having it arrive at the address, I left it a few days and have subsequently chased it up. I have had no response. As it stands, I have no figure and am also out of pocket for the return postage. It is a shame as up until that point I really liked the place and was going to be placing more orders. Hoping its an oversight but as it stands its not great.

Absolute joke of a place. My 4 year old son asked for a figure, last minute for his birthday, so i made the mistake of ordering from here. I paid extra for 24 hour delivery, as i needed it within 6 days. Well, 6 days later and the figure isn’t here. Will now have one disappointed child, when i have to explain i couldn’t get it. They’ve answered emails but told me it’s definitely coming. Won’t ever use again, should of just used amazon.

Terrible. They are rude in emails and lie. After two weeks item hadn't arrived, I tried to check on my order but the website was down. Alarmed and thinking id been scammed, I emailed to say I couldn't access the website and could I please get an update. I got an email back "Ours is working perfectly, unsure what issues you're having"....cool, not helpful, thanks. They said my item had been shipped, and if it wasn't there by Friday, they would send another one.

Surprise surprise it did not arrive. I let them know this and they said they would send another on Monday.

A week later it had not arrived, I asked for an update. No reply.

I left it another week, and then messaged again asking for a refund, they issued it within moments of my message. No response from them to apologise or explain what happened.

Total waste of time, avoid.

I was skeptical about ordering after seeing the odd bad review but I placed on order to see for myself. The item hadn't arrived after some time but I sent an email to their customer service who said they'd been a mixup and the item arrived shortly after. Great product for a brilliant price (BS clone wars anakin) and very well packaged. Will use again.

Ordered a hard to find vintage collection Star Wars figure. I contacted the store to make sure the website was up to date, given that this item is out of stock elsewhere. The store replied immediately, in a friendly manner.

I bought the figure on 10th August. It arrived today (16th). That's 3-4 working days, which is perfectly acceptable to me.

The item was packed in a box full of protective foam. And arrived to me in perfect condition.

The item itself was mint condition.

I’ve had to leave another review as this company requested my previous get deleted as they claimed I hadn’t ordered from them when I had - I’ve submitted proof to Trust Pilot with screenshots of my emails and order reference.

To reiterate: my experience with this company was awful.

I made multiple enquiries with regards to an order involving Star Wars TVC and black series.

My emails were ignored and I had to request a cancellation.

If required I can advise of my order no. To ensure this post is not removed like my previous review.

Update 18/08/21 - I’ve provided my order reference to geekynerdtoys in response to their comment below.

Basically, in a nutshell – I ordered an in-stock item which has been out for ages and they just didn’t send it or bother to respond to about 6 emails and 8 messages through Messenger. Thankfully I used paypal and was able to get my money back – would never have gotten it back if I’d used a bank/credit card! I don’t even know if they are a legitimate business or not. If they are then they either have some sort of Simpsons Comic Book Guy arrogance going on, or they are just hopelessly unorganised and unprofessional. Don’t confuse them with another similarly-named independent toy-retailer who are just brilliant and the total opposite of these time-wasters.

Good company to buy from, great prices and items arrive safe and well packed. Are in my top three of places to shop at. Not sure why everyone is complaining about the replies, yes they're not within seconds but you get a reply normally on the day.

Some of the very best prices around, along with friendly staff and well-packaged products. Couldn't recommend more.

Not been disappointed with the service. The availability is usually always good too for hard to find figures. The regular sale section is great, they have some bargains.
Postage is fast and well packed.

My order from Geeky Nerd Toys just arrived and I am super happy with it. Two Vintage Collection figures (ERG and Ackbar) and a Gam Guard black series figure. It was VERY well packaged, postage was free and best of all the figures and cards were mint. The Gam Guard was also the best price I have seen them for so it was great value. I have placed several orders with Geeky and will continue to do so.

I ordered an Siege Omega Supreme from these guys, not only did it arrive fantastically well packed and fast but it was also around £40 less than other retailers.

I will be buying from these guys again.
