Tom was an absolute star. Very helpful with my phone transfer and patient. Could not of done it without him. Highly recommend this company, specially Tom in Tewkesbury.

James in Pontypridd was great! He helped me by talking through what I needed and suggesting a great option for me and my business! It is great to have such a personal service from someone who actually cares about helping, can't recommend him enough!

Me and my husband needed new phones, Kelly helped us to pick the right phones and deals and had helped us most days with getting to know how to use our new phones.
She is patient and friendly.

March 2020. Received a call from Get Connected saying they were from EE and phone due an upgrade (true). New phone arrived and was with 3 network. Reading other bad reviews I realised I needed to return the unwanted unused phone to a store - just in case they suggested it was damaged. This was done (Chepstow store 14 March 2020) and I was advised Get Connected would cancel the contract with 3 ASAP. This did not happen. Have been chased by debt collection agency for almost £1000. This came to light in December 2022. Have been contacting Get Connected since with still no resolution. Apparently has been escalated to their head office?! Have requested numerous updates and not received a thing. Appalling customer service. EDIT 7/7/23 - a reply!!!!! No I was not informed the handset was delivered to the wrong location - by whom/when/why may I ask??!!!! I have repeatedly asked for you to call me with an update and you have not. As the contract was taken out with Get Connected it is their responsibility to cancel it with 3. Three have informed me of this several times when I have attempted to speak with them. PLEASE CAN A HUMAN FROM GET CONNECTED GIVE ME A CALL AS REQUESTED OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER

We recently switched to 3 and upgraded our iPhones. Being of a certain age, it was vital to do this face to face! Jack at Leominster was absolutely brilliant! Endless patience and our query of the following day dealt with in minutes. Can’t recommend him highly enough. A constantly busy shop and non stop calls didn’t prevent him from sorting us out in double quick time. Professional and very friendly-could not ask for more! Recommended!

My experience with Get Connected in Abergavenny and Bobby was that he couldn’t have done more to help me.
I updated my phone via a call centre with Get Connected, a most confusing and long winded experience.
Bobby however proceeded to help me with my confusing dilemma and sorted things out in a cheerful and positive manner.
My experience showed me never to go down the call centre route again and always use the face to face experience in the shop.I hasten to add he got no commission or gain from helping me .He alleviated my frustration and “Connected” my phone.

Jack in the Aberystwyth shop was fantastic at helping fix my issue

To say I was stressed about the transfer from EE to Vodaphone and transgerring my data from old to new phone would be an understatement. In the end thanks to Jack's clear instructions everything went smoothly and I now just await the transfer of my old number tomorrow.

Fantastic personal service at Get Connected Bridgnorth. I’ve been a customer for several years and won’t go anywhere else now, especially as I get older and need all the tech help I can get. GEOFF has just ordered and set up my new iPhone 14 Pro Max. I couldn’t have done it without him. Geoff always goes the extra mile to give impartial advice and support- in this age of Bank closures, long call wait times and robot chats, it’s a breath of fresh air to speak face to face with a friendly and knowledgeable human! This shop is a jewel in Bridgnorth’s crown. I can’t recommend it highly enough 👍😃

Excellent customer service, from James at Pontypridd. Sorted the mifi box, by getting costumer compensation, and free coffee! Really kind and helpful, definitely needs a raise!!

I went to the Get Connected shop today in Aberystwyth, just opposite the KFC. I needed some help and spoke to a lovely guy named Karl behind the counter, he totally sorted my problem in no time.

Will be my first port of call for anything phone related in future.

I am giving Michelle in Brecon Branch 5 stars. I had a renewed contract with the Customer Services department last August 2022. Alex told me I could upgrade early (due November 2022) over the phone and would save me money.
What rubbish!
Even having been with Get Connected for over 6 years, they started taking 2 payments a month. Dozens of emails and phone calls, still not resolved.
Turns out they had my date of birth WRONG amongst other details.
Many promises to refund the overpayments, just starting to get some of it back.
Now my phone stopped working over a month ago. No connection.
Turns out they sent me a new sim card which was WRONG again!
In desperation, I went into Get Connect, Brecon, even though it seems, customer services and the shops are different. Customer Services is pinching customers from the shops and claiming to save money over the shops. Two independent shops told me they could have saved money! I was lied to.
Michelle, in spite of it not being her "deal" was amazing. So kind, helpful and spoke to the helpdesk asking all the right questions I knew nothing about and they had sent me the WRONG sim card. They were also very helpful and sending me a new sim card out within a few days.
Massive thanks to the fantastic Michelle. I had had recommendations about her sorting out loads of cases like this.
Michelle should NOT be put in a position, sorting out the incompetence of the Customer Services staff who hide behind emails and telephones, when Michelle is face to face and more than happy to sort out their mess.
Give her a huge payrise!

Went into the Mold shop and spoke with Jay and Alex, they gave a great service and sorted me out a brand new phone at a great price, i'm now paying less than what i was and have more data and a new phone. The lads were very friendly and even transferred all my stuff off my old phone onto my new one free of charge.
