Getir müdavim oldum. Bu firma malum siteden sonra yemek siparişi için geçtiğim firma kendilerine ilgileri ve yemek sektöründeki kaliteleri için teşekkür ediyorum. İşlerini hakkıyla yapan bir firma ben gayet memnunum.

Horrible service now. All AI and no one answers the phone or chats and they are horrible now. They used to be my go to order app but will not use them.

one of the worst experiences the mankind has ever seen. i don't know why i'm still using their app. the estimation times do not match, the app is slow as hell, and the customer supports are ai.

If you’re a tourist, do not use this app. They offer contactless delivery, but the driver still called me, and since I couldn’t answer, I never received my food.

The app marked the order as delivered, but no one could tell me where it was, and support was just bots with no real help. Two hours passed, it got late, and I ended up going to bed hungry.

I lost my money, my food never arrived, and the whole experience was incredibly frustrating.

Great, ordered a bunch of things came in 30 minutes.

This is the app that has the biggest impact on my daily life. When I leave work, I place my order before I even get home, and it arrives right after me. It quickly gets my coffee to me during my lunch break on a tiring workday. Although there are price differences between eating in and ordering, it's an ideal app that makes life easier.

18/11/2025 I placed the order on getir, there was a mistake in what I received so I described all situation attaching pictures to the Getir Support, which offered me a refund and ensured me it was issued.

One week later I noticed there's no refund but usually it takes up to 3 business days, so I contacted Getir Support once again and the agent called Esma instead of helping me, ignored my questions on if she checked or can check the previous chat, starting saying that one week passed so no refund can be issued, when I texted straight in the day of delivery and in the end she simply close the chat with the exact words: "I need to help other customers"))))))

J’ai commandé et le livreur ne voulait pas se déplacer à mon adresse exact, seulement à la rue d’à côté, j’ai attendu qu’il vienne et le livreur est parti, j’ai contacté le service client qui répond qu’ils peuvent rien faire puis coupé toute communication dès que je fais une réclamation.

worst service ever, they never delivered my order and refused to refund me. the support did not even tried to resolve the issue and just closed the chats with me. strongly advise to stay away from this service

I ordered almost $200 worth of items, and not only was the order never delivered, but Getir’s support team has completely ignored every email and support ticket for over a month. This is unacceptable and feels like outright fraud.

It’s been 4 times continuously the order is late more then 30 mins.
Can’t track or call the driver.
Been waiting for the delivery for over 30 mins every single time. The restaurant is ten mins away delivery is for 40 mins and still arrives 30 mins late.had to wait over 1 and a half hour to 2 hours for the delivery to arrive,every time for 4 times

Terrible customer service
I ordered in Turkey and they said they had tried to contact me multiple times when I’d waved the driver down twice as he drove past.

They cancelled my order after two hours of waiting when my whole family were hungry and angry.
They would not take another order
They would not offer another delivery to help us
They say it’ll be refunded - I very much doubt it
Never use them, they cared more about the driver and themselves than the customer.

Verdigim siparis telefonuma ulasilmadigi icin iptal edildi.
Telefonum cekmiyordu bu sure zarfinda ve sebebini sordugumda ulasilamadigim ve yanlis adres verdigim icin iptal edildigi ve geri odeme yapamayacaklarini soylediler. Ayni adres bilgileri ile son 3 yil icerisinde onlarca kez siparis verdim. Bu siparisler getirildide simdi mi adresim yanlis oldu. Ortada bir artniyet olmasa kapima birakilirdi siparis. Ben size verdigim 300-400 liranin pesinde degilim umarim daha cok musteri kaybedersiniz, Uber Eats Turkiyeye de gelir ve piyasadan silinirsiniz diger ulkelerde oldugu gibi. Uber Eatsden yuzlerce siparisim oldu bir kere boyle bir rezillik yasamadim.

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit Getir in Istanbul.

Meine Bestellung war nicht vollständig. Ich habe mich mehrfach über den Chat gemeldet, aber keine Antwort, kein Rückruf, kein Geld zurück – nichts.

Der Kundenservice ist respektlos. Wenn man ein Problem meldet, wird man aus dem Chat einfach rausgeworfen.

Es interessiert niemanden, ob man sein Geld bekommt oder nicht.

Ich wollte keine Probleme machen – ich habe sogar ein Gespräch angeboten – aber keiner meldet sich.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Ich kann Getir in Istanbul leider nicht empfehlen.

Scammers. Food delayed by 1 hour and when you reach customer service, they slap the standard response and even go to lie on getir behalf to say it was delivered on time. Time waters and worse reviews. Even my credit card company said they are frauds and blocked my card thinking it's fraud.

No me entregaron las flores y cobraron 1.600 liras por el servicio....ah però llegó al teléfono qué fueron entregadas y llamé al número de servicio al cliente y nunca resolvieron esa situación....no lo recomiendo 3 de mayo 2025 el courier qué supuestamente las entregó Mehmed

Ordered through the app and my food was not delivered with no refund. Don’t recommend.

I used to make a lot of orders from Getir since it started as a small startup, and the service was amazing, but lately, everything became ridicules.
Many orders came with missing items, and when I talked to their support in their user-unfriendly support interface for an hour explaining the situation they gave partial refund for the missing items. This happened many times which made me decide to stop using it permanently.

Last month or so I used 2 services of getir, one is taxi the other is food. Taxi did not used the app and charged extra, when I complained we will make sure you will not match with him again. Saying like OK he cheated you that is OK we will let him cheat others. Second I ordered food through with them and food never arrived and they charged me for food and they did not refund the money. They first said go to store and pick it up! when I said what is the idea of ordering through you? Later they said food was specially prepared for you (which is totally BS) so we will not refund you. They are really bad in service and they are cheaters.
