Estimated delivery 1625. An hour later and no tracking or updates. Had to call to request an update. And now just canceled. Ridiculous.

This it what I wrote to them because I got injured and am still waiting to know where I could make a complaint my they just lied to me about my refund and still didn’t tell me where I could make my complaint Hi I just spoke to one of the assistant on the app they said to contact here, I received my order but the glass item was broken so I tried to take the other stuff out so I could take a picture and send It to you but I was unable to do that because I cut my self during that process so I just threw it down the shoot the cut isn’t that bad I just have to clean it and get to get a something to cover it but I would like to know what are u lot gonna do about my order and my injury because know one puts to glass items together while driving

Awful rider, even worse customer support
After a long time I decided to use getir again and what has become of the quality of the products, service and delivery…
The delivery took longer than the app said so I just waited and waited. Then the app suddenly said: ‘delivered’, where I had not heard any doorbell or saw my delivery. I checked the front door and there it was, probably already there for over 15 min with ice cream in it. The rider did not ring the doorbell downstairs or at my floor and decided to dump the stuff right there.
When unpacking it, there was an item missing. Again, how hard can it be to deliver the right things with some service for which you pay 5 euros!
Then I took a bite of the freshly packed (today) croissants and they tasted like they were in there for at least a day already.
When I complained to the customer service they said ‘apologies for the rider, they are not the smartest😱’ following with that if the cheese croissant was already opened (I took one bite, how else could you realize they are super old) they cannot refund. Then we talked about the missing item which I would like to get delivered. The customer support told me; ‘refund has been processed’. After which I told him I really want my missing item, no matter the amount. I was simply told to choose another warehouse next time (when I asked how he never replied because he ended the chat early) and that they will not deliver the missing item since it is ‘only 40 cents’ (which it was not). He simply said his goodbyes while the conversation was not over.
I want to file a complaint but if customer service is not even taking me seriously then who is? I have never been treated like this by any other company so for me this app is considered as ‘deleted’ and I will go with Flink next time again.
A TOTAL SCAM!!
A TOTAL SCAM!!! I made an order from Getir through Uber eats since there was a 50% off for my first order. I proceeded to make the order with the total amount of €27 and I ended up paying 17 because of the discount plus the delivery costs. What ended up happening is two of the things that I had ordered were not in my delivery bag the some of them being €7, and on the receipt, it said that one of them was unavailable and it was therefore deducted from the total. In order to qualify for the 50% discount, I needed €25 total which meant that I no longer qualified for it so they proceeded to take 10 more euros from my bank account without my knowledge. Absolutely horrible customer service on both Uber Eats end Getir’s end, since not only was I not notified about the change and the fact that I no longer qualified for the discount and they proceeded to take money off my bank account without me knowing, I ended up paying for two products that I never actually received in the order.

And the worst part is no one cares to answer your message in their so called "live support".
Items missing
I ordered through Just Eat. Seven items of which the main one, a bottle of wine and an orange juice were not delivered.
I said it to the currier and he said he will be back in 5', after he checked the order.
He never came back. My food was cold after five calls trying to ask for the items.
All Getir customer support and the number of their site, told me they can do nothing.
My dinner was ruined... shame

Constant scams and promotions that don’t work
Constant scams. Send promotions via email e.g 40% off that don’t work.. other promotions like £10 off when basket size is £25+ don’t work and are greyed out when you try to select them. Customer service 0 help and just say they can’t check and to delete and reinstall the app? lol.

Absolutely scummy company. Rider lied and said he was standing at my door and I just didn't come down when I seen him at the wrong house. Then customer service lied and said they tried contacting me when I'm standing at my door trying to wave the rider down and he drove past me and cancelled my order. Never use getir. Rip off company who lies.

Snel en goed
De boodschappen werden snel binnen 10 minuten gebracht. Alles was netjes ingepakt. Bezorger ook erg aardig!. Ik heb besteld bij Getir Ganzigerbocht in Amsterdam

not worth it. They try to persuade you with discounts, however the mark ups on prices are so extreme that it is not even good value. The food quality is very bad and more than once they sent items that were soft, bad quality, or with just 1-2 days life left. The customer service team refuse to refund you on this if you do not tell them as soon as your receive the order. I had no idea that all of my tomatoes were soft until I tried them just 2 days after they arrived. 4 packs of tomatoes, and not one edible one.

Vandaag een bestelling gedaan en kreeg mijn kadetjes binnen als sneetjes brood zo plat, mijn Avocado was bijna vloeibaar, zo zacht. Ik contact met ze gehad, kon geen nieuwe krijgen, wel een terugbetaling of een promo. Promo heb ik niks aan, want dit is al de 2e keer dat ze het niet oplossen. Dus ik bestel hier niet meer
Refused to refund me for a box of damaged eggs
I've used this service for quite a long time. I use it weekly, sometimes 2-3 times per week. Unfortunately, my last delivery contained cracked eggs. I contacted support for a refund, they never got back to be, so I tried again, a day or 2 after.
I was told they couldn't refund me because 48 hours had passed. It was only 1 box of eggs. I use other similar apps and getting refunded for damaged items is never a problem.
Getr are usually good, but I'm going to use the competitor apps instead. There's no point supporting Getr if refunds for damaged items is a problem for them.
Geen geld terug of oplossing voor ontbrekend product
Er mist een product van mijn bestelling bij afgelopen week. Het was een grote bestelling dus is het mij niet direct opgevallen. Nu keek ik op de bon en zag dat er een product niet was geleverd. Ik maak hier een melding van en krijg de reactie dat dit enkel binnen 24u kan. Maar het is toch het bedrijf dat mij niet mijn product levert voor het geld wat ik betaal? Bij de concurrenten krijg ik altijd een melding mocht na bestelling blijken dat een product toch niet leverbaar zijn. Erg ontevreden over getir, het gaat om het principe ik ga toch niet betalen voor iets wat ik niet ontvang?
Very poor customer experience
Just placed an order with Getir in Amsterdam. They indicated 20 minutes, well that turned out to be more than 1 hour. After receiving a small check, I noticed that 1 item was not delivered. I have been told that if I want that item, I needed to make a new order and pay ONCE AGAIN the delivery fee that I have just paid. This is ridicolous and Aytunc (customer service person) wasnt supportive at all.
