Unjustified Membership Cancellations and Poor Customer Support at Getir Car

I am a Getir Car member. I have been renting a car for a while. But for no reason, my membership is canceled at random times for no reason. Hours pass until I reach them. When I reach, I wait for hours for a solution. At that moment, instead of renting a car and paying for it and meeting my needs, I am dealing with the problem caused by Getir Araç for no reason. How many times is this happening to me, enough!

Geçmişin bir ürünü

Sanırım bizimle şaka yapıyorsunuz, böyle olduğuna inanamıyorum, ilk defa yorum yapıyorum, keşke ilk defa yapsaydım, bana tarihi geçmiş bir ürün mü gönderiyorsunuz?! Dalga mı geçiyorsun! Şaka olduğuna eminim! Ürünün parasını ödüyorum, kuryeye bahşiş veriyorum ve sonra "yoğurt" ürününün dün son kullanma tarihinin dolduğunu görüyorum, kim sorumlu?!

Delivery of Rotten and Spoiled Product / Refund Request

Dear Getir Team,

Yesterday, I received a delivery that included bananas which were spoiled and rotten. This situation goes against customer satisfaction, and I have attached the pictures of the products for your reference. Despite immediately contacting your support team and requesting a refund, the issue remains unresolved since yesterday. Your customer service has continuously stated that the issue will be forwarded to the solution center, but no concrete action has been taken.

Therefore, I kindly request the return of the spoiled products and an immediate refund of the payment I made. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and, if necessary, proceed with legal action.

I expect an urgent response regarding this issue.

They don’t deliver orders!

Not a first time that they don’t deliver the food ! At least few times earlier we could get in touch with a driver and get our food after a long wait ! But this time they have never delivered our order and they simply stated it was delivered?!! Customer service doesn’t exist as their chat is automated .,. So don’t waste your money ordering from this app . I hope they r proud of themselves for stealing the peoples money!!

stole my money and order

I have ordered a coffee from their website and they didnt ring my door bell, nor call me so the order was cancelled. I instantly contacted them saying the issue. They didnt refund me saying its my fault even though they didnt call me nor rang my bell so now my order is stolen by the worker and i had to pay for it.

A damage fee was requested for the vehicle I used in Istanbul. The damage is visible in the previous photos. There was no damage on my part and there was no damage in the photos for the next user. How can you charge me?

Just a scammer company to me.

Just a scammer company to me.

They say we give discounts but everytime none of them work. İf the price is 200 in a restaurant, they set the price 300 in getir. They are just trying us to enter to the app while advertising discounts and codes, but when you try to order anything and enter the code, it always says succesfull but never discounts. And if you try to enter again, it says already redeemed.

Abzocke kein Kundenservice!!!

Kein Kundensupport!
Ich bin jetzt schon 2 mal um Mein Geld betrogen worden.
Beides mal in Istanbul.
Ich bestelle per App zahle per Kreditkarte und die Lieferung kommt nie an!!!
Obwohl ich im Hotel bin, die Etage und mein Raum angegeben wurde, wird die Bestellung irgendwann nach 30-60 min storniert und ich bekomme auch das Geld nicht zurück. Es wird dann behauptet, dass ich nicht gefunden worden konnte obwohl ich im Hotel bin Raum und Etage klar sind.
Ich habe auch schon öfter bestellt sonst kam das Essen an. Dann sagt der Kundendienst wir können nichts machen.
Ich glaube wenn die kein Bock haben sagen die einfach wir waren da könnten niemanden finden! Das ist Touristen Abzocke wie sonst an vielen Stellen in Istanbul!!! Ich würde hier nie mehr bestellen es sind jetzt schon über 70 Euro weg!!!

Your Turkey service is very bad

Your Turkey service is very bad. I ordered vegi pizza from Dominos and they delivered me meat pizza. I spoke to customer service and they sent me just scripted messages. They couldn’t find that how the ordered was delivered wrongly because of them I couldn’t eat anything because they said they’ll exchange the order but by when they don’t know. Their customer service and centric it is poorest. It was 1 am in morning and they couldn’t make the order fulfilled. This whole incident made me sleep hungry.

Disaster! Do Not Shop from This Company!

My order arrived incorrect, I made three return requests but they canceled the requests and did not collect the product. The company said that the return process is managed by another firm and did not take responsibility. It is impossible to talk to customer representatives because they end the chat whenever there is a problem. It's as if they hired everyone off the street as customer representatives.

This company is a complete disaster! Customer service is zero, the product return process is a nightmare. The company's indifferent attitude and irresponsibility shocked me. If you don't want to waste your money and time, definitely do not shop from this company!

I warn everyone, stay away from this company! Customer satisfaction means nothing to them. I have never encountered such poor service before. Anyone thinking of shopping should think twice, because trusting this company would be a complete mistake.

Getir Doesn't Protect it's customers

I ordered kg of salmon from a fish shop called Kral Balık via Getir. Since I had the same problem with Getir in the past, this time I did not leave a note to be cleaned or sorted, I wanted it to come exactly 1 kg as it was. When I received the order, I realised that it was less and weighed it and it came out 670gm with the plate. I wrote to support and no one cared, as usual. They do not offer a solution other than saying sorry, which was not enough, while talking to support, he suddenly said "Sorry, I could not help with this" and ended the chat. I have never seen such a business disrespect its customers, even if they cannot do anything. But when he has the opportunity to do this, he does not care about the customer. The reason is obvious, the seller took his money and they took their commission, even if the customer is victimised, they will not do anything.

Getir üzerinden Kral Balık diye bir balıkçıdan 1 kg somon siparişi verdim. Eskiden aynı sorunu Getir'le yaşadığım için bu sefer temizlensin veya ayıklansın diye bir not bırakmadım, olduğu gibi tam 1 kg gelsin istedim. Siparişi teslim aldığımda az olduğunu fark ettim ve tarttım 670gm çıkmış tabakla birlikte. Desteğe yazdım kimse ilgilenmiyor her zamanki gibi. Üzgünüz demekten başka bir çözüm sunmuyorlar, bu da yetmedi destekle konuşurken bir anda "Üzgünüm bu konuda yardımcı olamadım" deyip görüşmeyi sonlandırdı. Bu kadar bir işletme müşterisine saygısızlık yaptığını görmedim, bir şeye yapamayacaklarsa da. Ama bu konuda yapabilme imkanı varken müşteriyi önemsemiyor. Nedeni de belli balıkçı parasını aldı onlar da komisyonunu aldı müşteri mağdur olsa da bir şey yapamaz zaten.
