MISSING DELIVERY
I have recently placed an order and it says itâs been delivered even though I never got my order. The driver usually calls me but this delivery driver didnât. I have contacted the customer service but they are no help at all, the only thing they did was giving me an email address to make a complaint! I wonât be ordering from them again.

Iâm sorry to say, that the overall experience isnât great. With products not bring fresh, items missing in order etc. I stopped using them for months and tried yesterday for the first time again. Order incomplete again and my expensive baguette was old. I just deleted the whole app and hope they get better for other customers.

Ze leveren producten over datum en vervolgens krijg ik niet m'n geld terug omdat ik het niet binnen 24 uur gemeld had (ik had het product eerder niet nodig, dus niet eerder gezien). Het was al over de datum toen ze het leverden, maar 'helaas kunnen we er niks mee doen'. Belachelijk. Nooit meer.
Promotion issue & Horrible customer support
I placed an order on 4 february with "Spend more save more" promotion which supposed to give %50 discount for my next order.
(I should be able to apply until 28 feb)
I couldn't see the promotion in checkout (which is still okay, there might be mistakes or bugs)
I reported this issue, customer service told me to send an e-mail to support team and I sent it with detailed explaination and screenshots, but i received an auto reply.
Then I called customer service again, and she told me "there is nothing we can do, you can check it later and you may see it in the future"
What an answer. I can not believe a coorparate company is doing that. They owe me and they are saying "there is nothing we can do"

Another Getir driver, who did try to help and locate our parcel he even took our number and called to say out delivery was with our security⊠however it wasnâ. Our delivery was never delivered after several hours of hunting, we have not been refunded or had our items. From reading other reviews Sanjay seems to be an issue. He didnât even ring to ask which building.. we also called customer services who were no help at all.

Useless, I ordered some groceries for it to be 70 minutes late. Not only that, but it claims to have delivered it despite not delivering anything. So now I've lost money, have got no groceries, and have been told to wait even longer as they figure it out. The request for a refund was denied.
I might as well go to the store next time. Trust their competence with caution.

Bestellung aufgegeben um 17 Uhr Samstag. Zuerst Angabe von ETA 10-15 Minuten. WÌrde nach 15 Minuten auf 20-30 Minuten, nach 30-40+ Minuten erhöht. Nach Ìber 90 Minuten musste ICH mich selber beim Kundenservice melden, um erst bei Nachfrage zu erfahren, dass meine Bestellung nicht im System angekommen sei. RÌckbuchung dauert bis zu 4 Werktage, obwohl per PayPal bezahlt. Getir ist eher "GehtMirWegHier". Niemals wieder. So geht Kundenservice Ìberhaupt nicht.

NYC delivery guys drive dangerously on sidewalks, streets and run every light, never care to avoid pedestrians and only keep eyes on their phone to make a delivery. African guys are the worst, very aggressive and rude. They're trying to make as many deliveries as possible and I just read the company promises a 10 minute or less window and can often do so by renting odd spaces all over different neighborhoods to store bulk items, called ghost stores because they aren't retail and don't have signs. Drivers get an order from the app and run in to grab item then make the delivery- not caring who they hit along the way. The owner of the app sold the business in 2021 to a new owner who pressures drivers to go as fast as they can so he can beat the competition offering similar seevices.. but drives say many were fired for being "too slow". That should be read as 'too safe' to n the eyes of a greedy owner concerned only with profits not the safety of drivers and anyone in their way. I've been hit by a guy on an e/bike and friends have too, the delivery drivers are almost suicidal they're so careless. I've lived in NYC 30+ years and never seen this type of recklessness and overt danger to pedestrians.
People must stop ordering from them- no one needs anything in under 10mins (!) except an ambulance after you've been hit by a e-bike because the aggressive driver drove on the sidewalk at you or went the wrong way down a narrow street at night with no lights on and crashed into you because they were staring at their phone.
