Two times I ordered food and it was canceled but the money was not refunded. Customer Support was not helping. Stealing money from customers!!!

Customer service is unhelpful and incompetent. They will just tell you to email and they respond to emails within a few business days. You’re better off ordering from any other delivery site. It’s much easier to deal with your bank than Getir’s customer service.

Everytime I place an order, I am placed in ''20-30'' min queue but its never 20-30 minutes, I always have to wait for over an hour. Avoid ordering!!

Customer service chat is not helpful as well, its just bots replying to you.

Avoid avoid avoiding made an order and they send the milk spilt and dripping over all my grocery’s disgusting I had to spend the evening clearing it up absolutely terrible

They missed one item to deliver and didn’t want to acknowledge it by responding with very generic “we understand your frustration…” answers. Support chat is not helpful at all. Pretty much, they deliver not a complete order, and keep the money. Plus, it was my first time using their service. Very disappointing.

As a potential new customer, you just lost me before I even got started. They advertise on the app that you would give a £10 discount on an order over £25, but when I go to checkout and apply the promo the discount applied is only £2.10. The worst part is you are actually able to apply the promo, but it does not do what they claim it would do, and it's very easy to then assume everything is going smoothly and just click on "complete order" and that's that. Either let me use the promo as advertised or don't let me use the code at all, but don't give me a code that is supposed to give me a £10 discount that is in fact a £2.10 discount!

I have no idea what they're trying to achieve here. Just going to end up with bad reviews, lose a potential long term customer, horrific word of mouth and no business to show for it.

Amazing and fast service as always. Cant thank getir enough for always being so reliable and super fast.

Fraudulent and Corrupt Company

Took my order via Just Eat. Never delivered. Lied and said they did.

Refused to refund me. Told me to write a letter explaining why i should get a refund.

Absolutely terrible.. I've given them a couple of tries, the 1st time I was waiting 20 mins after the expected deliver slot, the 2nd time they cancled with no reason why.

I’ve always used getir with no issues but I won’t be using again. I received another customers order, no big deal (I thought) I contacted getir to let them know that I’ve received 3 bottles of wine instead of my food. They said no worries the driver will come back and collect it and give you your order…. 2 hours later… no sign of anyone. Logged back into support to request a refund as it’s late, I have work early in the morning, to be told I just have to wait and they can’t tell me how long for and I can’t have a refund.

Wenn Bestellung unvollständig:
Bot antwortet, dass Du umgehend mit „einem Menschen“ verbunden wirst………… 11 Minuten später………. Nix! Keine Reaktion!
Wenn Du monierst… „hallooooo“ bekommst Du automatisch das Geld in Deinen „wallet“ zurück geparkt…

Frage nach interner Qualitätskontrolle scheint sich zu erübrigen….

Fazit:
Einfach 2€ zurück in den „wallet“ aber Zustellgebühr einkassieren!

Mit Menschen hat das Alles nichts, außer deren Ausbeutung zu tun.. …..! SHAME Management !

I use this service regularly as at the moment I have a back injury and therefore limited mobility.
The availability of items is very good, the choice is also very wide and the fast response is amazing. The delivery riders are also very friendly and helpful, long may this service continue.
